LonWorks网桥研发及组网研究

摘要
为适应新型机车车辆控制技术对列车通信网络性能的要求,国内外许多相关部门进行了对列车通信网络的研究。本文在研究学习LonWorks技术之后,根据国际标准对列车通信网络的特殊要求,组建了基于LonWorks的列车通信网络平台来模拟列车网络运行。
     本课题所组建的列车网络拥有列车级和车厢级两层结构,并且包括基于不同主机的智能节点,课题中主要采用模块化设计理念完成各个功能模块的设计制作。首先,开发基于Neuron 3150的智能通信网桥,并对该网桥进行简单的四节点组网调试以保证网桥功能的实现;其次,开发两种基于不同主机的智能测控节点;最后,基于制作完成的网桥及智能节点组建列车网络平台并进行通信调试。该列车网络主要实现室温检测和车厢门监控功能,包含了测温节点和门控节点,通过通信网桥来实现两层网络之间的数据通信,并加入了一个列车管理总节点来监控和管理列车网络的运行,该列车网络基本实现了预期设计目的。
     对基于LonWorks的列车通信网络的开发和研究,为今后LonWorks技术的应用及列车网络的进一步发展打下了坚实的理论和试验基础。
In order to meet the requirements of the new type of vehicle on the train communication network performance, both domestic and overseas related departments make a qunantity of research on the train communication network. In this paper, after introducing the features of the LonWorks technology, a train communication network experimental platform based on LonWorks is designed and established according to the special requirements on the train communication network in the international standard.
     The train communication network designed in this paper includes the train bus and the vehicle bus as the two layers bus structure, it also includes the intelligent communication node based on different host. In this issue, we mainly use the modularize design concept to complete the design of each functional module. First, an intelligent communication bridge based on the Neuron 3150 chip is developed, in order to realize the function of the intelligent bridge, we build a four-node network to debug. Secondly, two intelligent communication nodes based on different host are developed. On this basis, the train communication network experimental platform is established, we also conducted the corresponding communication debugging. This train communication network includes temperature monitoring node and gate monitoring node to realize temperature and gate monitoring. The communication bridge realizes the data communication between the train level and the vehicle level. We also use an intelligent chief managing node to manage the whole train network. This train communication network basically achieves the designing purpose.
     By developing and designing of the train communication network based on LonWorks, we lay a solid theoretical and experimental basis for the further development of the LonWorks technology and train communication network.
