虚拟仪器技术在自动测试中的应用

摘要
本文介绍了虚拟仪器技术:在仪器自动控制领域的基本特点,论述了现代仪器控制模型和其中涉及到的主要技术标准如GPIB接口,IEEE 488.2等,阐述了这些标准之间的相互关系。深入分析了VISA(Virtual Instrument Software Architecture虚拟仪器软件系统结构)和SCPI(Standard Commands for Programmable Instrumentation可编程仪器标准命令)标准的结构、原理和特点。在无线电电磁环境自动测试系统应用程序设计中,提出了采用VISA和SCPI技术相结合的方法,作为仪器驱动控制方案。Visual Basic6.0开发软件因易于学习、使用而且功能强大,开发一般应用程序周期较短,效率较高,故选择微软公司通用开发软件VB作为应用程序开发平台。本文中研究了在VB环境下运用VISA和SCPI的实现方法。该方案适用于开发灵活、多用途的仪器控制程序,特别是在仪器厂商提供的驱动程序无法满足用户需要或没有仪器驱动程序的情况下,开发仪器控制应用程序。由于该方案支持目前流行的多种仪器接口形式,可以作为仪器驱动程序的开发平台。
This thesis intrOduces basic feature of the virmal Instrumen technology used in
    insboam colltrol domain. It presents the model of modem insinam cothel and
    exPlains the relation of the major standards involved in ths area such as GPIB interface,
    IEEE 488.2 standard, otc. It analyZes the smictute, principle and charaCter of VISA
    (VrtUal InstrUmen Software Architectue) and SCPI (Standard Commands for
    Programmable Insboenation) technical standards deePly It introduces the
    combination of the VISA and SCPI technology as instrUmtal I/O control in developing
    atomatic e1eCtfomagnetic environxnent measuring prOjeCt. It emPloys visual Basic 6.0
    as aPplication development platform because of its popularity powerful function, easy
    of ledring and prograxnming. This thesis also investigates the method of using VISA
    and SCPI functions in VB environment. The method used in this thesis to develoP
    instaen cofltrOl aPplication is suitable for agile and multi~purpose aPplications,
    especially When the inStrumCfl driver is unavailable or the insboCll driver cannot
    satisfy the need of end-user This method can also be used in deve1oping insboent
    driver for its caPability to suPport almost popular insboCni illterface.
