医院信息化系统集成技术的研究

摘要
随着计算机及网络技术在医疗卫生行业的广泛应用,医院信息化系统有了很大的发展。但是,由于缺乏规范和标准,医院各个不同的信息化系统往往各自孤立,信息无法交换。
     基于这个考虑,本文研究和讨论了医院信息化系统的集成技术,重点是PACS和RIS,HIS的集成。首先,介绍了医院现有的信息化系统的发展和现状,以及信息化系统集成的必要性。然后,介绍了两个重要的医疗信息互联标准——医学数字图像通讯标准(DICOM)和医疗第七层(HL7),网络互联标准和工作流集成。其次,介绍了系统总体设计和结构,各部分功能分配,以及系统的互联。再次,介绍了系统功能的实现结果。最后,总结了所作的工作,对未来的系统集成提出了展望。
Hospital information management systems have great developed with the wide use of computer and network technical in medical industry. But, since less of criterion and standard, the hospital information management systems are always separated and the information can't communicate.
    According to this, the article study and discuss the integrated technical of hospital information management system, especial the integration of PACS, RIS and HIS. First, the development and status of information system, and necessity of integration are introduced. Then, the important medical information communication standards-DICOM and HL7 are introduced. Second, the general design, system structure, function and integration are introduced. Fourth, the result is introduced. Finally, done work is summarized and expectation of system integration is advanced.
