基于知识管理的办公系统智能化研究

摘要
智能信息处理一直是众多学者密切关注的研究方向,计算机科学的迅速发展为其理论研究和实际应用提供了广阔的前景,其中信息系统与人工智能两个领域的发展极大地推动着智能信息处理研究的进步,将这两个领域的研究成果有机地结合起来并有效地应用于智能信息处理的实际中去,是既丰富多彩又极富挑战性的研究工作。本文在工作流技术的支持下,探讨如何运用专家系统、数据挖掘、决策支持等技术,围绕办公系统中的知识管理相关内容进行深入的探讨,并取得了如下主要研究成果:
     1.基于工作流参考模型和工作流元模型,详细设计了办公系统中智能工作流引擎的信息模型,用数据表、逻辑图等方式阐述了过程调整、权限控制方法,并通过流程案例加以说明。
     2.从办公系统中文件分发的现状出发,运用规则和规则引擎技术,建立对应的专家系统,基于文件的来源与类型等信息,通过规则推理将文件分发到指定的部门和单位,给出了一种基于规则推理的文件自动分发方法。
     3.从公文检索的现状出发,基于模糊匹配算法,综合兼顾对内对外搜索需要,针对每个办公人员构建满足自己工作需要的文件资料库,通过分类建立目录索引,形成了一种满足需求个性化的文件检索系统。
     4.针对办公过程中常见各类统计数据的需求,基于数据抽取需求的特征,通过总量数据、平均数据、相对数据的分类,基于数据库技术搭建了模式化的数据抽取框架,设计了相应的算法,给出了一种服务专业化的数据抽取方法。
     5.针对报告撰写的办公需求,基于决策支持系统的基本框架,结合地理信息系统(GIs),从报告的主题词焦点出发,构建了报告模型及数据表,设计了相应的算法,给出了一种焦点可视化的报告自动生成方法。
     本文针对办公信息系统智能化的迫切需要,着力探讨其在知识管理下的公文自动分发、文件检索、数据抽取及报告自动生成问题,综合运用信息系统、数据挖掘、数据库技术等多个领域知识,在智能办公信息系统方向上取得了一些有意义的研究成果,为信息系统的发展、信息化社会的快速发展提供了一定的理论基础。
The intelligent information processing is a research hotspot concerned by many scholars and the rapid development of computer science provides a wide prospect for its theoretic study and practical applications. Especially, the development of the information system and the artificial intelligence makes it progress dramatically. Combining the achievements of those two fields properly and the effectively applications of the intelligent information processing are a rich, colorful and challenging task. Based on the workflow technology, this dissertation focuses on how to use the known knowledge like the data mining technology and decision support technology, the in-depth discussion with respect to knowledge management of office systems. The following results are achieved.
     1. Based on the workflow reference model and the workflow meta model, the information model of intelligent workflow engine in the office information system is developed. The process regulation and right control methods are presented by data tables and logical charts and illustrated by a workflow case study.
     2. From the present situation of files distribution of office systems, the corresponding expert system is established by applying for rules and rule engine technology. Based on the information of the source and type of file, files are handed out to the designated departments and units by rule reasoning. At the same time, an automatic file distribution method is shown based on rule reasoning.
     3. From the status of documents retrieval based on Fuzzy matching algorithm and comprehensive needs of both internal and external search, document database of meeting his own needs in the workplace is built in connection with each office staff. A directory index is created and a document retrieval system of meeting personalized needs is established by classification.
     4. Focused on common needs of all kinds of statistical data during office and based on characteristics of data extraction's demand, the pattern of the data extraction framework based on database technology is established by the classification of the total data, the average data and the relative data. The corresponding algorithm is designed and the method of service professional data extraction is shown.
     5. Aiming to office needs of report writing, a report model and the data sheets is established based on the basic framework of decision support systems and combination of GIS and starting from the keyword focus of the report. The corresponding algorithm is designed and one kind of auto-focus visual report generation method is shown.
     This dissertation focuses on the urgent need of intelligent office information systems and investigates the problems of automatic distribution on documents, document retrieval, data extraction and report automatically generated under knowledge management. Many achievements of information system, data mining, database technology and other fields of knowledge are used and some results on intelligent office information systems are obtained as a theoretic foundation for the popularization of the information system and the rapid development of the information society.
