IC卡预付费信息管理系统的研究和设计

摘要
IC卡预付费技术是我国近几年形成的新型技术领域,旨在解决水、电、气
    等公共事业收费难的问题。经过几年的发展,已逐渐推广开来。数据安全是所
    有IC卡预付费产品系统的关键技术问题,但目前市场上的众多预付费产品系
    统的数据安全都不够理想。本文从IC卡密码安全、卡上数据加密和数据校验、
    数据库安全等几个方面进行讨论,提出了一个新的“多层密钥、多元随机、表
    卡关联”综合数据安全方案,能有效防止系统数据遭受被动攻击和主动攻击。
    尤其是引进加密锁,运用多层密钥加密机制,为IC卡预付费产品系统数据安
    全提供了一个新思路。
     本文在对IC卡预付费产品系统进行总体介绍的基础上,着重论述了该系
    统的软件部分,即IC卡预付费信息管理系统。本文先从软件实现的角度来介
    绍所有的系统软硬件资源,再介绍软件的各项功能和界面。整个软件开发的原
    则是“简便实用、安全可靠”,始终将系统数据安全放在最重要的位置,综合
    考虑多方实际需求,经过了反复测试和修改,达到了令人满意的效果。
     本管理系统与整个IC卡预付费产品系统已应用于多个居民小区,用户反
    应很好。
IC card prepayment technique,a new technique area developed in the recent
    years, is used to solve the difficulty in collecting the fee of the public services, such
    as water, electricity, gas. This technique has been promoted graduatelly in the past
    few years. Data security is the most important technique problem of all the IC card
    prepayment product systems, but the majority of the IC card prepayment product
    systems on he current market haven't solved the data security problem perfectly.
    In this paper several topics are investigated: the password security of the IC card,
    encrypting and checking the data on the IC card, the security of the database, and a
    novel comprehensive data security design scheme is proposed, so that damages by
    passive and active attacks can been avoided. Especially this paper adopts the
    technique of encrypting lock and the encryption mechanism of multi-hierarchy
    encryption key, which provide a new idea for the data encryption of IC card
    prepayment product systems.
     This paper mainly dissertates with the software of the system -IC card
    prepayment management system, after briefly introducing the whole IC card
    prepayment products system. At First this paper introduces all the hardware and
    software resources which been used to develop the management system, then
    introduces the functions and interfaces of the software. To implement the
    development principle of the whole software, simple and practical, safe and reliable,
    the software puts the data security in the most important position all along, and
    considers the practical demands of all the types of users synthetically. After testing
    and modifying again and again, the software has been developed into a very
    satisfactory product.
     As a part of the whole IC card prepayment, this management system has been
    applied in several residential quarters, almost all the users are satisfied with it.
