基于机构可靠性的模切机价值分析

摘要
自动平压平模切机是包装印刷工业中重要的表面整饰加工设备,国内对模切机的研究主要在于机构的运行平稳性,机构运动可靠性分析很少涉及,针对模切机的价值分析在目前的模切机研究中没有涉及。本课题基于上海亚华印刷机械有限公司生产的MW1050型模切机,对其主机主要机构进行运动可靠性分析和价值分析,找出影响主机性能的主要因素。
     本课题主要研究内容如下:
     (1)机构运动可靠性分析。建立机构性能输出参数与主要随机变量间函数关系;阐述机构运动可靠性基本计算方法、机构的运动学模型、机构运动精度模型;讨论机构构件的随机特性、机构输入运动的随机特性对机构运动可靠性的影响,建立相应数学模型。
     (2)MW1050型模切机主机主要机构的运动可靠性分析。分析下肘杆、连杆、主链条滚子运动可靠性,计算相应可靠度。
     (3)价值分析方法研究。阐述价值分析的基本理论、方法;改进层次分析法;对改进层次分析法的正确性给出数学证明,改进后的层次分析法较传统方法具有更高的准确性,且计算简便。
     (4)MW1050型模切机主机价值分析。按照价值分析工作程序对MW1050型模切机主机进行价值分析,建立主机功能系统图、各层次功能重要性判断矩阵,计算功能权重;进行现实成本核算、分配,计算成本系数;计算价值系数,运用动态不对称方法找出主机功能一成本失配的因素;进行成本估算。
     本课题运用机构运动可靠性分析方法与价值分析方法对MW1050型模切机主机性能的优劣进行分析评价,为该机型的设计、改进提供一种新的研究方法。研究结果具有一定的理论和实用价值。
Automatic die cutting machine is one of the important devices for dealing with the surface in the packing and printing industry. In this article, the main machineries of MW1050 automatic die cutting machine produced by Shanghai YAWA Printing Machine Ltd. co. were discussed in the virtue of machinery kinematics reliability theory and value analysis theory in order to finding the major factors effecting performance of the main machinery.
     The main contents are as follows:
     1. Machinery kinematics reliability analysis. The mathematics model was built on the output coefficient of machinery performance. It was elaborated about the basic theories on kinematics reliability, machinery kinematics model and machinery kinematics precision model. It was discussed that the random characteristics of machinery components and machinery input motions. And the appreciate mathematics model was built according to discussions.
     2. Kinematics reliability analysis on MW1050 main machineries. The kinematics reliabilities of lower elbow-bar mechanism, linkage and main chain roller were analyzed. And the appreciate reliabilities were computed.
     3. Studying value analysis (VA) methods. The basic theories and studying methods were elaborated in the section. The analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method was improved on the basis of former methods. The validity of improved method was proved by using mathematics ways. It was showed that the improved method is more accurate than former ones and easier to compute.
     4. Value analysis on main component of MW1050. Main component's value of MW1050 was analyzed in accordance with value analysis process: Firstly, making the function analysis system technology (FAST) diagram, making the judgment matrix about importance of every hierarchical function and computing significance of every function. Secondly, adjusting and distributing actual cost and computing cost coefficient. Finally, computing value coefficient, searching the factor making the function not to match the value of main machinery and estimating final cost.
     The performance of main component of MW1050 automatic die cutting machine was analyzed and appraised in the virtue of machinery kinematics reliability theory and value analysis theory. A new study way was provided for designing die cutting machine. The analysis result is provided with specific theoretical and actual value.
