基于工作流和GIS技术的企业办公自动化系统的设计与实现

摘要
当今,信息化技术迅猛发展,企业所负责项目的地理分布日趋广泛,办公自动化系统(OAS)在企业管理工作中发挥的作用也越来越重要。然而,传统网络办公自动化系统专注于将工作分解为一些特定的任务来完成,这种工作模式无法适应由于行政设置的改变或部门工作性质的转变等原因而导致的工作流程变化;同时,它也没有考虑到当今企业管理对于空间资源信息日益迫切的要求。因此,构建一种既能适应工作流程变化,同时又结合了GIS在空间技术上优势的可变流程结构办公自动化系统,就成为企业更实用、更高效地进行资源规划的迫切要求。
     本文通过研究基于可变工作流结构办公自动化系统的基本原理,设计了基于工作流和GIS技术的可变结构办公自动化系统。本系统在传统OAS基础上,首先引入了一种新的控制流程结构的表单管理模式,然后将GIS技术融合到办公自动化系统(OAS)中,实现了办公自动化系统常用功能与地理分布信息相结合的综合管理。论文的主要工作内容及达到的目标如下:
     1、研究了在OAS中控制可变结构流程的实现方法。通过分析流程变化时,如何灵活的改变各个步骤细则,在固定流程结构表单的基础上,引入了一种可变结构流程的存储模型。这种变结构思想在本系统中的应用,为满足OA类系统在流程变化时的日常要求,提供了一种切实可行的解决方案。
     2、以空间信息管理和OAS的融合为切入点,重点探讨了GIS、OAS相互集成的关键技术问题,包括:集成方式、可视化技术、数据处理和管理技术、空间分析技术、辅助决策技术等。
     3、在上述理论基础上,根据系统目标,采用组件式GIS(ComGIS)技术和C/S网络构架方式,开发了企业办公自动化系统,并对系统的主要功能进行了较详细的论述,包括:角色管理、可变流程组合管理、分析与辅助决策等功能。
     4、本文最后在总结系统设计先进性的同时,指出系统在框架结构、多源数据组织、OAS与GIS结合方式等方面可以做出的继续努力,体现了系统的可扩展性。
Today, with modern information technologies growing rapidly and enterprises' projects distributing widely, OAS is playing a more important role in enterprise management. However, traditional OAS always focusing on cutting some work into pieces of tasks, this model can hardly be adaptive to the changes of departments and services. Meanwhile, it neglects the demands of spatial information in enterprises, In summary, it is necessary for enterprises to construct an OAS integrated flexible work stream controls with GIS advantages in spatial analysis in order to plan enterprise resources more practically and more efficiently.
     Having studied the changeable work stream structure principles, the thesis designs and realizes an OAS based on work stream and GIS technology. After referring to the traditional OAS, the thesis firstly introduces a new form management model controlling changeable work stream structure, and then it integrates GIS with OAS to realize an integrated management of daily functions and spatial information. Details of the thesis are as following:
     First, it studies the ways of realizing changeable work stream controlling. Having analyzed how to control changeable steps of work stream, the thesis introduces a storage model about changeable structure work stream. This storage model offers a feasible solution for meeting OAS's daily needs when confronted of changeable work stream.
     Second, that is where the thesis discusses the key problem of integrating GIS into OAS, which refers to the integration of spatial information management and OAS. The problem includes: integration methods, visibility technology, data processing and management, spatial analysis technology and aided decision technology.
     Third, on the basis of the principle above and considering the system target, the thesis mentions the realizing method of the system using ComGIS technology and C/S frame structure. Then, it expatiates on the system's main function including: role management, changeable structure stream management, analysis and aided decision.
     Fourth, the thesis summarizes the priority of the system in the end. Besides, it points out such aspects to be improved as network structure, multi-source data management, integrate methods between GIS and OAS, which reflects the system's scalability.
