法院审判信息管理系统的设计与实现
摘要
人民法院是国家重要的司法机关,其审判信息不仅关系到国家的公信力,还关系到广大人民群众的切身利益。我国建国已经60周年,大量的审判信息需要有完整、系统和科学的管理措施,以便审判信息的保存、查阅和数据分析利用。
本文以最高人民法院编制的《人民法院信息网络系统建设技术规范》为指导,采用B/S结构,使用目前比较成熟和流行的Apache+Mysql+PHP方案,设计、开发了一套法院审判信息管理系统,从案件的立案、分案、排期到审理、归档一系列工作流程贯穿起来,实现了案件全部信息的管理。不仅使用灵活、方便软件维护升级,同时由于也为将来与信息网站及行政管理方向拓展及连接提供了方便条件。
