河南移动软交换汇接局扩容方案的设计与实施

摘要
随着我国移动通信网络规模的不断扩大和移动通信技术的不断成熟,我国的移动通信用户发展极为迅速,国内的通信市场的竞争也越来越激烈。以现有TDM组网的移动通信技术已经不适应业务的飞速发展和市场的需要,而以软交换为代表的新的通信技术逐步成为移动通信运营商新的网络建设目标。
     本文在对软交换网络背景进行分析的基础上,结合河南移动通信软交换汇接网的实际应用情况,并根据中国移动通信集团汇接网的发展情况,提出了河南移动软交换汇接网的总体设计以及扩容建设方案,并给出了方案的具体的设计与实现,以满足河南移动长期的长途话务需求。在工程实施后,也进行了详细的工程测试与工程验收工作,有硬件的测试,操作维护测试以及业务测试等,同时重点进行了性能测试,包括软交换汇接网话务统计的测试,软交换汇接网语音质量的测试以及软交换汇接网的自愈能力测试。此外,根据河南移动整体网络发展的目标,河南移动将进行全省全网的IP化改造,同时汇接网设备为满足河南移动网络的发展需求,在本期工程中也进行了相关IP化改造,为以后网络的发展奠定了基础。
     目前该系统已经在河南移动通信公司中得到正式的商业应用,系统运行稳定、可靠,在为河南移动带来利润的同时,也产生了巨大的社会效益。
With the rapid expansion of mobile network scale and the gradual progress of the mobile technology, the number of mobile users in China has increased dramatically. Simultaneously, the competition in the telecom market has become more and more intensive. The existing Mobile telecom technology based on TDM can't satisfy the needs of technological development and can't meet the new market requirements. Therefore, the new telecom technology represented by Soft-Switch is gradually becoming the Mobile telecom operator's target.
     Based on the analysis of the background of Soft-Switch network and the operating experience of Henan Mobile communication soft-switch tandem network, this thesis introduces a detailed design scheme and the implementation of the improved network capacity to meet long distance call requirement. With the implementation of project,we have the testing of the hardware、operation and maintenance、serving and the important of capability,which including statistical of call and voice tone testing and the consummate capacity of tandem network. According to Heman mobile communications network development plan it is necessary that IP technology could be used to all network. At the same time , the tandem systems should also be changed to the network using IP to meet Henan mobile communication's network requirement. It will establish a solid foundation for the development of the future network.
     Currently, the system is running stably and reliably in Henan Mobile communication, which brings both profit and social benefit to Henan Mobile communication.
