基于J2EE的保险经济公司企业信息管理框架设计

摘要
保险经纪公司在我国的发展十分迅速,但各家保险经纪公司面临的问题却越来越多。保险经纪公司作为一种服务性的行业。保险经纪公司的经纪人,主要靠卖出保单,提取佣金。而保险经纪公司,主要靠提取期交保单续期佣金。保险经纪公司要实现盈利,必须要进行规模扩张。而进行大规模扩张的前提是公司要有一个运行良好、效率很高的运营后台。这个后台可以节约企业运营成本,提高管理效率,对经纪人提供在线销售支持,对企业领导人提供决策支持。因此,保险经纪公司进行信息化建设势在必行。
     企业信息化是企业为了适应国际化竞争所必须进行的工作。企业信息化的建设不仅仅是要采用先进的信息技术和手段,而且要提高企业的现代管理水平,从组织机构上实现以财务为核心的扁平化管理。
     目前,我国企业信息化水平比较低,从管理思想来讲,尽管有各种企业信息化思想,但是每一个单独的思想都只是解决一方面的问题,需要把这些思想有机的结合起来。才能解决整个企业的问题。
     从信息技术应用来看,目前我国企业信息化的技术框架一般采用B/S结构。B/S结构满足基于Internet网络环境下的企业对信息化系统的要求:基于标准,以服务器为中心,可伸缩,能利用已有的核心系统,可快速部署和易用及易管理。
     鉴于J2EE基于JAVA的应用服务器规范,是当前应用最广的应用服务器体系结构,并得到了业界广泛的支持,可满足上述要求。本文将着重讨论基于J2EE的企业信息化框架的设计思想,并在这种设计思想的基础上,结合明亚保险经纪公司的需求,完成了企业信息化框架的设计,并在此基础上实现了保险经纪公司的信息管理系统。
Insurance Brokerage Company develop rapidly in China, but they are facing some problems. Insurance Brokerage Company is belong to Service industries. Insurance brokers make money by sale Insurance Contract, and Insurance Brokerage Company make money by extract Commission from Insurance Contract sold by Insurance brokers. In order to make profit, Insurance Brokerage Company must expand quickly. And the Premise of large-scale expand is to have a work well Business background. This Business background can reduce Operating costs and Improving efficiency. It can provide support for Insurance brokers, and can provide. supports for leaders to make decision. So Insurance Brokerage Company must perform EIS.
     Companies must perform EIS to adapt the international competition. The administration and management of company in our country is not worked very well. We should focus on finance management and workflow.
     The EIS level in our country is very low. Now, there are so many ideas for the company to perform EIS. Each of these ideas can solve one kind of problem, but not all. So, we should integrate all of these ideas.
     SUN's Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) is based on EJB component. It is a platform independent, Highly available, Secure, Reliable and Scalable server-side architecture. It is easy to build multi-tier Java applications and has been widely used in enterprise computing. Software can be partitioned into some independent layers: Presentation View, presentation layer, business logic layer, Data Model layer. Each layer is isolated from the others.
     The System Architecture based on J2EE is emphasis in this paper.And a demo edition of MIS(Management Information System) of MINGYA is implemented based on this architecture.
