考虑资金限制的电网降损措施研究

摘要
在电网降损过程中,实施的建设性措施是需要资金的,在资金限制的情况下,电力企业会面临如何采取一种降损组合方案使降损效果达到最优的问题。为了解决在资金限制下选择最优降损组合方案的问题,本文将研究的问题转化为0-1整数规划的求解问题,并建立相应的数学模型。通过对求解0-1整数规划问题的隐枚举法进行改进,可以应用到选择最优降损组合方案中。基于隐枚举法的求解过程,本文编写了相应的C语言程序代码,结合实际的电网进行实验验证,在潮流计算的基础上可以得到有效的结果。
During the reducing power loss of power grid, the constructive measures to carry out are need fund, in the circumstances of considering limited funds, the electric power enterprise will faces a problem of how to take a combination program of reducing power loss to make the effect of reducing power loss to be optimized. In order to solve the problem of choosing the best combination program with the limitation of fund, the paper transforms the matter to study into 0-1 integer programming question, and builds the matching math model. Through modifying the implicit enumeration method which solve the 0-1 integer programming question, and is able to be applied to how to choose reducing power loss combination program. Based on the solving process of implicit enumeration method, it writes the matching C language secure code, being tied with practical electric network to carry on experiment verification, based on the power flow calculation, it is able to get the valid result.
