数字化变电站调试方法的研究与实践

摘要
随着变电站自动化技术和网络通信技术的发展,数字化变电站以其高性能、高安全性、高可靠性、高经济性的优点越来越得到广泛应用,数字化变电站调试工作是变电站建设的重要组成部分,调试水平的高低将直接影响到变电站乃至电网的安全稳定运行,因此数字化变电站调试技术研究已成为当前数字化变电站建设的重要内容和任务。本文借鉴现有综合自动化变电站的调试技术,从数字化变电站特有设备的工作原理、绝缘结构,IEC61850通信协议入手,制定切实可行的总体调试流程、试验项目,建立完善的数字化变电站调试体系,从而大幅度提高调试工作效率和质量。调试技术在名府变电站进行了实践和应用,取得良好的效果并得到完善和提高,对推进数字化变电站建设具有十分重要的意义。
With the development of the substation automation technology and network communication technology, digital substation with its high performance, high security, high reliability and high economic find more wide application. Digital Substation commissioning is an important part of building, commissioning level will directly affect the substations and even grid safe and stable operation, the technology of digital substation commissioning has become an important construction and tasks. This article builds on existing technology integrated automation substation commissioning,from the start of special equipment works, insulation in the digital substation, and IEC 61850 communication protocol, develop practical overall debugging process, pilot projects, establish a sound system of digital substation commissioning, thereby greatly improving the efficiency and quality of debugging. Debugging in Ming Fu substation, achieved good results and be perfected and improved, promoting the construction of digital substation.
