我国汽车行业库存影响因素实证研究
摘要
物流在我国受到越来越多的重视。库存成本在整个物流成本中占有相当的份额。如何在保证正常运作的情况下降低库存成为企业库存管理的焦点。汽车行业在我国国民经济发展中占有重要的地位，而汽车行业的库存成本成为影响企业发展的一个重要因素。本文通过对上市汽车公司的实证研究，试图解决以下问题：我国汽车行业库存是否降低：采用ERP、与上下游企业的关系等因素对库存的影响程度。最后，本文还试图提出一些降低汽车行业库存的建议。
本文采用理论研究和实证研究相结合的方法。数据主要是从上市汽车公司的年度报表中得到。本文将库存分为：总库存、原材料库存、在产品库存和产成品库存，分别研究自变量对它们的影响。本文研究的影响库存的因素有以下几个：采用ERP，与上游企业的关系以及与下游企业的关系，采用JIT，宏观因素变量利率。
从描述性统计，以及通过建立以总库存、原材料库存、在产品库存和产成品库存为因变量的回归模型，并采用一些技术处理，本文得出如下结果：汽车企业的在产品库存有所降低，原材料库存和产成品库存都有明显的增加，总库存有略微的增加；许多汽车企业没有足够重视用供应链思想管理上下游企业；与上下游企业保持稳定的关系，能够降低汽车行业的库存；采用JIT能够降低在产品库存；采用ERP显著降低汽车行业的库存，ERP对库存的降低作用有滞后性。
The inventory cost occupy a big quotient of the logistics cost. Therefore, how to descend thestock cost is the focus of the enterprise management. The motorcar industry occupies veryimportant position during the national economy development. The stock cost of the motorcar is avery important factor that restricting the enterprise development. This thesis tries to solve thefollowing questions: What is the situation of the motorcar; how do some factors influence theinventory, such as the scale, the effect of using ERP and the third part logistics. At the end, thisthesis tries to give some advices to solve the inventory problems.
The thesis uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The data source is mainlyform the year statement of the company. This thesis is divided into some parts: Total stock,Material stock, On-product and Finished product stock, and respectively study the situation thatindependent variables influence them respectively. The factors that influence the stock arefollowings: The scale size of the motorcar company, the effect of adopting ERP, the relationshipwith the up and down enterprises, the influence of adopting the JIT. The thesis also put theinterest rate into the model. The thesis founds some models putting the total stock, material stock,on-produce stock and the finished product stock as the dependent variables. The thesis gets someresult as followings: The good relationships with the up and down enterprises can influence thestock positively; the JIT production method can't influence the inventory; the ERP can reducethe total stock observably.
