摘要
自从韩国和中国于1992年建立外交关系以来,越来越多的经济和社会交流出现惊人的增长。现在,韩国的任何公司都认为,将来的增长必须与中国合作。IT行业是韩国的主要出口行业,而三星是通信领域的领先公司。在中国大陆,三星面临很多来自世界最大竞争者的挑战,因为在新的全球化世界经济中,中国通信市场作为成长的新兴关键市场之一,发挥了主要作用。
     三星目前是移动电话市场的全球领先者之一,自从1992年以来就投资中国市场。根据一份最近的新闻稿显示,对三星而言中国市场是将来的重要目标市场,将形成第二次跳跃式发展的基础。
     该论文开始概述了三星移动电话如何在韩国市场取得成功,以及目前在中国市场的表现如何。然后,在第二部分中分析并比较了三星及其竞争者的战略,特别比较了他们之间产品和价格战略的区别所在。第三部分分析了中国市场环境,第四部分则是SWOT分析。在SWOT分析中,移动市场的产品领先地位、组织文化以及三星集团董事会主席李健熙的出色领导是核心内容。在本的最后第五部分,我着重于提出一些建议,三星要想在中国市场取得成功就必须加以考虑。
     由于获取问题和即将到来的不确定性,在高科技行业这样的市场状况中难以把握将来。但是,我将建议三星不仅要保持产品领先地位,利用创新设计与数字汇集保持同步,而且还必须长期与中国政府和当地社会更加紧密地合作、协同。
Since the Korea and China diplomatic relations started in 1992, more and more economical and social exchange increased in a stunning number. Nowadays, any companies in Korea could not think of future growth without corporation with China. The IT industry is the main exporting industry for Korea where Samsung is the leading company in telecommunications area. Samsung face many challenges from all over the world biggest competitors in china mainland because in the new global world economy the Chinese telecom sector has a central role to play as one of the new key markets for growth.
     Samsung is currently one of the global market leader of mobile phones. It has invested into China since 1992. According to a recent press release, for Samsung Chinese market will be the next important target market in the future saying that they will create a second leaping ground.
     This paper starts with a general overview of how Samsung Mobile Phones has succeeded in Korean market and how they are now in Chinese market. Thereafter, in the second part analyzing and comparing Samsung’s strategies with its competitors, especially this part compares the products and price strategy how different they are. The third part analyzes Chinese market environment following with the fourth part SWOT analysis. In the SWOT analysis product leadership in the mobile industry and organization culture with the strong leadership of Samsung’s chairman Lee will be the core content. For the last part, chapterⅤ, of the study I tried to focus on some suggestions that Samsung must bear in mind to succeed in the Chinese market.
     The future is hard to study in a market situation like high tech industry due to access problems and coming uncertainties. However, I would like to suggest to Samsung to have not only products leadership in pace with the digital convergence with innovative design but also more corporation and collaboration with Chinese government and with local society in the long run.
