电动汽车运营指标模型管理系统的设计与实现

摘要
节能与新能源电动汽车正处于规模化进入市场的起步阶段,也是市场培育和产业化发展的关键时期,为确保节能与新能源电动汽车这一战略性新兴产业的健康有序发展,需要建立一整套示范城市政策支持和产业培育配套监测、评价和管理体系,着重保证新能源电动汽车产品技术性能达标,政策支持达到预期效果,并力图建立各示范运行管理保障体系。
     建立国家级、城市级节能与新能源电动汽车的信息采集、处理、评价和监测系统,提供监管和决策支持服务,满足国家、地方二级管理平台功能域应用要求;统一信息接口标准、统一数据定义规范,统一信息处理要求,形成车辆达标入网逐级监管机制;在新能源电动汽车投放规模不断扩展的同时,确保监管系统在试点城市实现从车企、运营商、政府等相对全面的应用,建立的监测服务保障体系能有效减低安全生产事故率。对示范运行车辆技术状态及节能减排进行监测评价。
     本文通过对电动汽车运营指标模型管理系统的需求和功能分析,建立了指标体系三层架构,并对各层次的具体业务流程进行了设计与实现,其中指标项公式的编辑及计算模型是该系统的核心,通过对基本公式的简单组合实现了各种复杂公式的具体编辑,使用Spring定时器技术,实现了不同周期指标的定时计算功能;整个系统的发开使用MVC设计模式,使得系统的发开周期短,并且系统的可扩性和维护性比较容易。
Energy-saving and new energy vehicles now is in a fledging period of scale up the access to market, and also in the critical period of market development and industrialized development. To make sure the strategic new industry, energy-saving and new energy vehicles develop in a healthy and order way, a whole set of model city supported and monitoring policy evaluation and management system assorted with the industry cultivation should be set up. A focus on ensuring technical function up to the standard is a necessary, supported policy should achieve the desired results and the management and guarantee system of demonstration operation should be set up.
     This paper focused on establishing the energy-saving and new energy vehicle information acquisition, processing, evaluation and monitoring system of national level and city tevel, which served for policy monitoring and policy support, and satisfied the function and application demands of two stage management platform of nation and city; unified information interface standard, unified data definition standard and unified information processing demand formed standard vehicle login cascade monitor mechanism; while the scale of new energy vehicles expanded continuously, monitoring system should be a comprehensive application for manufacturers, operators and government in pilot cities, and the monitoring and service assurance system can reduce production accident rate efficiently, and the technical status and energy conservation and emission reduction, of demonstration opera ting vehicles should be monitored and evaluated.
     Though demand and function analysis of electric vehicles operating index model management system, this paper set up three-tier architecture for index system, designed and implemented concrete business process of every tier. The edit of index formula and its computation model were the core of the system. The combination of basic formula realized the edit of complex formula, the use of Spring timer technique realized the timing calculation function of index with different cycles. The whole system made use of the MVC three-tier architecture, which shortened the development cycle and facilitated the extension and maintenance of the system.
