高师现代教育技术公共课中实施混合式学习的教学模式研究

摘要
本文是在信息技术环境下,对高等师范院校开展的现代教育技术公共课所进行的教学模式研究。本研究从教学实践出发,采用文献分析法、问卷调查法、行动研究法等科学研究方法,对高师《现代教育技术》公共课的开设现状进行调查,并分析了《中小学教师教育技术能力标准(试行)》对教学人员的能力要求,结合目前师范生的教育技术能力现状,在现代教育理论的指导下,尝试构建以学生为主体、以教师为主导、以问题为纽带、学生自主探索为主线、合作探究为主题的《现代教育技术》公共课“基于混合学习的课内课外互补教学模式”,即以课堂教学为核心的基础知识学习;实验实践课为阶梯进行操作能力的训练和对基本知识巩固与理解;课外学习为课内学习的补充和拓展的教学模式,并将该模式应用于现代教育技术公共课的教学实践中。该模式所要达到的目的是充分利用“现代教育技术”手段向学生传授“现代教育技术”知识,使学生不仅高效地掌握现代教育技术知识,而且培养了现代教育技术的能力。
全文共分为六部分:第一部分为绪论,主要介绍研究背景、研究方法、研究内容以及研究意义;第二部分重点阐述现代教育技术公共课的现状、存在的问题;第三部分对学习理论和混合学习原理进行了阐述;第四部分从模式的基础、条件、内涵、操作程序、学习评价等方面对“课内外互补模式”进行建构;第五部分通过具体案例教学实践,对本教学模式进行教学实践应用;第六部分对本模式的效果进行了分析与总结。
实践表明,该教学模式为教师和学生提供了一种有效的教学和学习方式,希望通过本文的研究,能够对基于混合式学习的教学活动提供一种可借鉴的理论与方法,以进一步促进教学质量的提高。

This article is make scientific researches on educational pattern of modern educational technology public class in the higher teacher colleges under the information technology environment. The article starting from teaching practice, adopt literature method and questionnaire, action research for scientific research methods. And investigate the Current Situation which the modern education technology course offer and reach the primary and secondary school teachers in educational technology the level (for trial implementation) standard of teaching personnel capability requirements, combining with the present situation of normal education about technical level and under the guidance of modern educational theory, the arcticle try to construct the students as the main body, the teachers and students to question as the link, independent exploration for main theme of exploring, cooperation in the modern education technology based on computer "mixed in class teaching mode", extracurricular complementary with classroom teaching is the core of basic knowledge, Experimental lesson for operation ability training to step on the basic knowledge and understanding and consolidate, Learning is the in-class learning and teaching mode, and extend the model applied to the modern education technology of the computer teaching practice. The purpose of this model is to teach students in modern educational technology by making full use of modern education technology "means", not only make the students effectively master some knowledge of modern education technology, and develop the ability to modern educational technology.

Fact shows that the teaching mode for teacher and student provides an effective teaching and learning ways, and hope the research can provide the theory and method for various schools in order to promote teaching quality.
