产品多领域协同设计过程的CCM-A建模技术研究

摘要
随着产品功能和结构的日趋复杂,产品多领域协同设计成为必然。产品多领域协同设计过程的复杂性和动态性,给产品设计过程规划和管理带来了巨大的挑战,探寻构建适用的产品多领域协同设计过程模型就更显重要。本文主要研究产品多领域协同设计过程建模的一种新方法——基于活动的协同关联图(CCM_A:Cooperating Correlative Map Base on Activity,文中简称CCM_A)过程建模方法。
     在总结分析产品多领域协同设计的概念和内涵的基础上,本文结合新型自驱动式电缆牵引机设计过程的实例分析,总结产品多领域协同设计过程的特点,并详细分析产品多领域协同设计过程的协同、冲突特性,给出协同度和冲突度的量化定义。
     针对产品多领域协同设计过程特点,基于活动理论,参考活动网络图图示化表达方法,在日本上智大学伊藤洁教授提出的协同工作建模方法(MCM和CLM)基础上,本文提出适合描述产品多领域协同设计过程的基于活动的协同关联图建模方法,并进行形式化和图形化表达。
     在产品多领域协同设计过程中,冲突是不可避免的;为此,本文研究基于CCM_A过程模型的产品多领域协同设计过程冲突表达和冲突消解问题,提出基于协同度的耦合任务集撕裂规划方法,完成任务的合理分解与规划,实现冲突消解;提出置换约简方法,实现时间约束的CCM_A过程模型的冲突检测与消解;通过在过程模型中适当设置冲突检测消解模块,可显式地表达冲突;并提出基于冲突度的冲突多级消解策略。
     为了构建结构正确、过程合理的CCM_A过程模型,针对CCM_A过程模型对时序、信息、材料流分别表达的特点,提出基于语义推理的多元结构检测方法,实现产品多领域协同设计的CCM_A过程模型的结构检测;根据CCM_A过程模型的层次性、多领域性、协同性等特点,建立其层次仿真体系和仿真策略。
     为了方便、快速地构建CCM_A过程模型,利用Visio的图形表达及二次开发功能,开发CCM_A可视化过程模型构建工具,并实现过程模型结构检测;根据CCM_A过程模型特点,选择OPNET作为平台,实现产品多领域协同设计的CCM_A过程模型的层次仿真。
     本文结合具体工程应用案例,给出产品多领域协同设计CCM_A过程建模方法的使用方法和实例。结果表明,该方法使用效果良好,是产品多领域协同设计过程建模的一种适用性强的新方法。
With the increasing complexity of product function and structure, Product Multidisciplinary Cooperative Design (PMCD) becomes fairly necessary. Since the complex and dynamical process of PMCD brings great challenge to product development process management, it is more important to find useful process model of PMCD. The research of the thesis focuses on a new method of PMCD process modeling (Cooperating Correlative Map Base on Activity, CCM_A) .
     Based on the summary and analysis of concept and feature of PMCD, the thesis summarizes the characteristics of modern design process with an example of design process of new type self-driven towing machine. Then it analyzes the collaboration and confliction characteristic of PMCD in detail, and puts forward a quantitative definition of synergy and conflict degree.
     According to the process characteristics of PMCD, based on Activity Theory and the method of diagrammatic representation of activity network, and also the modeling method of collaboration, proposed by professor Kiyoshi Itoh at Sophia University, CCM_A process model of multidisciplinary cooperative design is put forward and the modeling method is defined formally and graphically.
     Since confliction is inevitable in PMCD, in the thesis, conflict representation and conflict resolution based on CCM_A are researched. A tearing method of coupled task set based on synergy is proposed. the task's reasonable decomposition and planning are completed. Then the conflict resolution is realized. Permutation reduction method is proposed and the conflict test and resolution within CCM_A process model of time restriction is implemented. By configuring the conflict test resolution module in the process model, the conflict can be shown explicitly. A multi-level conflict resolution strategy based on the conflict degree is proposed.
     In order to build a correct structure and reasonable process model of CCM_A, according to the characteristics of sequence, information and material flow, a multiple-flow structure test method based on semantic reasoning is put forward and structure test of CCM_A process model is implemented. According to the characteristics of hierarchy, multi-field and collaboration of CCM_A process model, the multi-layer architecture and strategy of simulation are constructed and developed.
     In order to construct CCM_A process model conveniently and quickly, Microsoft Off In order to construct CCM_A process model conveniently and quickly, Microsoft Office Visio, with effective functions of visual modeling and re-development, is used to develop visual CCM_A process model tool and the structure test of process model is implemented. In terms of the characteristics of CCM_A process model, OPNET is chosen as a platform to realize the layered simulation of the model in PMCD.
     In the thesis, the applicable method and cases for CCM_A process model in PMCD are provided within the engineering application example. It is concluded that the result is proved the method to be right and a new useful way in PMCD process modeling.
