A公司管理信息系统的研究与应用

摘要
管理信息系统是一个由人、计算机及其它外围设备等组成的能进行生产、管理等相关信息的收集、传递、储存、加工、维护和使用的应用系统。其主要任务是最大限度的利用现代计算机及网络通讯技术加强企业的信息管理,通过对企业拥有的人力、物力、财力、设备、技术等资源的调查了解,建立完善的数据库,加工处理并编制成各种信息报表并及时提供给各类管理人员,以便进行正确的决策,不断提升企业的管理水平和经济效益。
建立管理信息系统能够为组织及供应链提供全面的管理和服务,促进企业合理规划和充分利用物质资源与信息资源。建立管理信息系统不仅可以充分利用资源、合理规划企业发展战略、减少不必要的损失和浪费、提升效率及降低成本,更能实现管理上的标准化和一体化,而且能够向专业化和国际化方向发展。
目前,A公司经营规模不断扩大,组织职能不断增强,在传统管理作业模式下,管理和生产效率已遭遇到瓶颈,难以得到有效提升,急需寻找新的管理模式使整体效率得到提升。A公司管理信息系统的建立正是为了适应公司高速发展的要求。
本文主要内容如下:
①通过分析国内外管理信息系统研究的现状及A公司生产现场管理所面临的处境,提出开发A公司管理信息系统的意义。
②对A公司管理信息系统进行了需求分析,提出系统目标;对A公司管理信息系统进行了功能设计。
③对A公司管理信息系统进行了总体设计,包括系统业务流程设计,软硬件平台配置、总体架构设计等。
④根据功能规划及业务流程设计,对A公司管理信息系统进行数据库设计。
⑤简述系统的实施过程,列举运行实例。
The management information system ( we call it MIS as below) of the manufacture resource is the one composed of person, computer and outside facilities, which can collect, transfer, process, maintain and use those information available in production and management. Its primary mission is to take the best advantage of modern computer and network communication skill to improve the information management capability of the company, through the investigation to the manpower, physical recourse, financial recourse, equipment and skills of the company , establishing some correct data, then process and compile all source of information, with which promptly provide to the management personnel, which can help to make correct decision and improve management level and economics efficiency.
The establishment of MIS can help the organization and the supplying chain to provide total management and service, enable them to make reasonable plans and take full use of physical resources and the information resource. This establishment not only can take good advantage of the resources, make reasonable development plan and strategy of the company, reduce unnecessary loss and waste, raise the efficiency and cut the cost, but also can realize in the management standardization and the integration, moreover it can develop to the specialization and the internationalization.
At present, A Company expands continuously, the organization function enhances accordingly. Under the traditional management operation pattern, its management and production efficiency have come to a bottleneck which is difficult to be improved effectively, therefore a new management pattern which can bring to a higher level of the whole efficiency is urgently needed, just with this accord A Company therefore establish MIS.
The main points of this article are as follows:
①Analyze the present status about MIS research in home and abroad, and the situation of which A Company is facing in the on-site production as well, indicate the significance of developing OP MIS.
②Make demanding analysis to the OP MIS in A Company, then put forward the system target; Make functional plan to OP MIS in A Company..
③Make overall-design to the OP MIS in A Company, including operation flow design, soft and hard ware platform allocation, overall-structure design.
④Design database on the OP MIS the functional plan and the operation flow design.
⑤On the implementation of the system and Illustrate samples for running the system.
建立管理信息系统能够为组织及供应链提供全面的管理和服务,促进企业合理规划和充分利用物质资源与信息资源。建立管理信息系统不仅可以充分利用资源、合理规划企业发展战略、减少不必要的损失和浪费、提升效率及降低成本,更能实现管理上的标准化和一体化,而且能够向专业化和国际化方向发展。
