基于TAM理论的国有制造型企业中业务流程管理的研究

摘要
上海柴油机股份有限公司(以下简称上柴公司)是一家大型国有制造型企业。上柴公司的信息化以支撑企业发展为基本目的,通过对企业业务的全方面支持与促进,使企业形成快速、高效、集成、协同的企业环境,最终帮助企业在市场竞争中形成自己的核心竞争力。在上柴公司IT项目的实施过程中,利用技术接受模型理论来归纳总结对项目成功产生影响的外部因素,对于今后实施ERP项目有着重要的意义。
     文章基于技术接受模型理论,首先分析了上柴公司实施业务流程管理项目过程中,影响项目成功实施的外部因素;接着引入IT部门沟通渠道畅通、系统关联应用、系统的稳定性、标杆示范效应、流程的稳定性等外界变量,建立了拓展的技术接受模型;然后通过模型假设,问卷设计,数据收集和数据分析,验证了对模型的假设;最后对拓展的技术接受模型做出修正,得出了对业务流程管理项目实施成功有显著影响的外部因素。综合考量这些外部因素,这对上柴公司今后成功实施IT项目有着重要的指导意义。
Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the SDEC) is a large state-owned manufacturing enterprises. SDEC' s information system is based on the basic purpose of supporting the development of enterprises, it through all aspects of enterprise business support and promotion, to help enterprises to form a fast, efficient, integrated, collaborative business environment, collaborative business environment, and ultimately to help company develop their own core actually competitiveness. In the IT project implementation process, we use technology acceptance model theory summed up the external factors which influence the implementation process, and in the future it has an important guiding significance for the implementation of the project.
     Thesis based on technology acceptance model theory, at first it analyzes the impact of external factors that influence the implementation of the SDEC' s business process management project, then followed by the introduction of IT departments smooth channels of communication, the system associated with application, system stability, process stability and other external variables, established to expand the technology acceptance model, and then Verify the model assumptions through by the model assumptions, questionnaire design, data collection and data analysis, Finally, revised the development of the Technology Acceptance Model, Summed up the external factors that has a significant impact on the implementation of business process management projects. To comprehensive consideration of these external factors, it has an important guiding significance for the successful implementation of IT projects.
