天发水电公司技术中心发展战略研究

摘要
随着国内制造业竞争的日益激烈,技术部门对于企业的生存和发展变得越来越重要,其运转情况直接影响企业的核心竞争力的产生和提高。技术部门发展战略在企业整体战略中起着举足轻重的作用。对该战略的研究对于企业的发展有非常重大意义。
     本文选取天发重型水电设备制造有限公司为研究对象,结合当前对于战略管理的最新研究成果,通过对当前水电市场的分析和公司技术中心内部优势、劣势及所存在的问题的分析,制定出水电公司技术中心的发展战略,并对该战略的内容做了具体的阐释。
     天发重型水电设备制造有限公司,作为国家定点生产水电、轧机、重型机器等成套设备的大型骨干企业,肩负着特定的使命,同时又要遵从市场规律、谋求企业发展。虽然公司目前无论在经营效益和内部管理上,都取得了一定的成绩,但是现在技术陈旧,自主开发、创新能力十分薄弱,公司核心竞争力长期得不到提升。公司对于技术人员管理的理念和制度已经不适应新的形势。重新制定技术中心发展战略已经成为公司技术中心发展的当务之急。
     通过对水电设公司技术中心发展战略个案研究,本文希望国内背景相似的企业能从中获得启迪,从战略高度看待目前国内国有企业严峻研发现状,制定有效的发展战略,以提高国有企业的竞争力,为稳定经济发挥作用。也希望水电公司技术中心战略实施能有所成效,让高效的研发队伍促进公司创造辉煌。
With increasingly fierce competition in the domestic industry, the technology department for the survival and development of enterprises become more and more important. It affects on the operations of its core business and has a competitive edge. The technology center development strategy plays a decisive role in overall strategy. The strategy study is of great significance for the development of enterprises.
     This paper made heavy day Hydropower Equipment Manufacturing Co. Ltd. to study, with the current management strategy for the latest research results. Through the analysis of the current market and hydropower technology center of internal advantages and disadvantages inherent in the analysis, develop the technology center of the hydropower development strategy, the strategy and content of a specific explanation.
     Hydropower Equipment Manufacturing Company made heavy days, as designated hydropower production, the mill, heavy machinery and other equipment of large enterprise shoulders specific mission, and also to comply with market rules seeking enterprises. Although both companies are currently in operational efficiency and internal management, we have achieved a certain degree of success, but now outdated technology. Self-development, and innovation capability is weak, the core competitiveness of companies in long-term upgrade. Company technical personnel management philosophy and system unsuited to the new situation. Re-enacting the company has become the center for strategic technology development center of the moment.
     The company Reform based on the technology center of case studies, this paper hopes to gain inspiration from a similar background to the enterprise. From a strategic point of view the present situation of state-owned enterprises rigorous research, and formulate an effective development strategy, to enhance the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises, to play a role in stabilizing the economy. Hydropower companies also hope that the implementation of the strategy for achieving a significant technology center for research and development team for the efficient companies to create brilliant.
