知识经济时代企业文化的创新研究

摘要
知识经济时代企业文化的创新研究是现代企业所面临的重要课题之一。本文第一章从企业文化的背景和内涵入手，对我国企业文化现状及存在问题进行客观的总体评价；本文第二章通过分析知识经济时代特征和企业面临的新环境，论述了知识经济时代背景下的企业文化创新的必要性以及创新的动力；本文第三章论述了知识经济时代的企业文化特征，重点探讨了企业文化创新要遵循的基本原则、企业文化架构和企业文化创新主要内容；本文第四章对海尔创新文化成功之道进行案例分析。本文注重企业文化的创新研究，最后在结论中提出了：现代企业要想适应知识经济时代的新特点，只有进行企业文化创新才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
The study on innovation of enterprise culture in the age of knowledge-based economy is one of the important topics that modern enterprises are facing now. The first section of this thesis begins with the description of the background as well as intention of enterprise culture. It makes a comprehensive and objective evaluation on the current situation and the existing problems of enterprise culture in our country. In the second section, through analysing the characteristics of the age of knowledge-based economy and the new environment encountered by enterprises, the thesis expounds the necessity of innovation of enterprise culture as well as motivation of innovation. In the third section, the thesis analyses the characteristics of the enterprise culture of knowledge-based economy, mainly discusses about the principles that should be followed by innovation of enterprise culture, the structure of enterprise culture and the main content of enterprise culture. In the fourth section,, the thesis analyses the successful example of the innovation of enterprise culture of Haier. The thesis lays great emphasis on the study of innovation of enterprise culture, and points out at last that only by conducting innovation of enterprise culture could modern enterprises be accustomed to the new characteristics of knowledge-based age and stay successfully in the fierce market competition.
