同济医院门诊检验科资源配置优化研究

摘要
美国的次贷危机波及到了全球,对中国经济不可避免的产生了影响,但也使人们的健康意识发生了改变,使得人对健康的关注度越来越高,这样就使得到医院进行就医和预防的人越来越多,从而使得医院的基础建设在规划上产生了滞后,本文尝试着利用Arena软件来仿真模拟现有的检验科的环境及工作流程,找出其存在的不足,并提出改进的措施,为医院未来的发展建设服务。
     遵循这一思路,在本论文从选题的目的和意义为出发点,同时给出了利用仿真模拟来解决医院工作流程的国内外现状。为了能更好的为建模作准备,我对检验科的现状做了分析和介绍。将建模所需的参数都一一介绍。准备工作做好后,应用Arena软件模拟出检验科现有的工作模型。结合实际的参数来通过软件演绎现有的工作流程,找出其不合理的关键,同时和现实进行比对,完善工作模型的构建。确保模型的准确性,以此为通过模拟,找出工作中存在的不足,或可能存在的不足。然后调整参数来改变工作流程,从而达到优化流程的目的,再利用这一优化流程后的模型来指导实际工作中检验科的工作调整,让检验科的资源配置合理化,从而更好的为医院为社会服务。本论文的研究旨在找到一种思绪:利用这种仿真模拟的方法来对医院的各科室的建设起指导作用,从而逐步使医院的各环节达到最优化,进而使得医院得到长足稳健的发展。
With the financial storm speeding by the all globe, China can’t get away from it, but it let the people change and make the people pay attention to care the health. The more the people care the health, the more the people come into the hospital to check the body for preventing the disease. the people come into the hospital so fast that the equipment of the hospital serving for the people who come into hospital to have a check can’t fit for the increase of the people. The idea of this paper is that by using the software of Arena, simulate the real work flow, and then find the disadvantage. At last, we will give the best plan to solve the problem and make our laboratory develop healthy.
     Base on this ideal, I indicate the purpose and signification of the paper firstly, at the same time, I interpret the condition: using the software of Arena, we solve the problem about work flow of the hospital. I introduce and analyze the real condition of laboratory for us to easily establish the model. Then, simulating the work flow of the medicine department laboratory by using the Arena, I get the important step which prevents the work flow going smoothly. By comparing the condition of the simulation model with that of reality, I research for a model which it is very matches for the reality. it is undoubted that the model is veracity by this match, which is the base for us to simulate the model by what we change our work flow. And then, by simulating the model which is same as the reality in the Arena, I find the insufficiency or the possible insufficiency in the future. Then, I will change some parameters in the Arena to find the best model for the laboratory. When I get the optimization work-flow model, I can change the real laboratory work flow and make our laboratory better to serve for the people. Finally, I hope in the future we can use the Arena to simulate the work flow of all the laboratories of the hospital, find the optimization model of each laboratory. When we optimize all laboratories, I believe that our hospital will develop steadily and healthy.
