涤纶和负离子粘胶长丝的Sirofil纺纱及其织物的探讨

摘要
Sirofil 纺纱是在纺纱技术方面发展起来的一种新型的纺纱工艺,因其良好的经济效益和独特的纱线性能,逐渐为人们所关注。另外由于工业化程度的日益提高,空气的污染变得越来越严重,人们越来越渴望拥有优雅而清新的生活环境,这时所出现的负离子粘胶保健纤维,以其恒久的负离子发射功能、优良的抗菌杀菌功能和较强的远红外发射功能而受到世人的极大关注。而如何把 Sirofil 纺纱技术的优点和负离子粘胶功能纤维优良的特性很好的结合起来成为目前一项很有现实意思的课题。本课题正是基于此需要,在对有关理论进行探讨的同时,对涤纶粗纱和负离子粘胶长丝所纺制的 Sirofil 纱线及其织物进行了较为深入而全面的探讨。
     首先本课题在改造后的 FA502 型细纱机上利用涤纶粗纱和负离子粘胶长丝进行 Sirofil 纺纱,并选取长丝与粗纱的间距、成纱捻度和长丝预加张力作为因子,作三因子三水平的正交实验,分析这三个因子的不同水平对所纺纱线性能的影响。最后经优化分析得到本试验的最优纺纱工艺参数配合:长丝与粗纱的间距为 10mm,捻度为 550个/m,张力片重量为9g。
     在对同支数的纯涤纶单纱、纯粘胶单纱、Sirofil 纱的性能进行对比时,本文认为由于 Sirofil 纺纱独特的成纱工艺造成了 Sirofil 纱在断裂强力、断裂伸长率、粗细节和棉结、条干不匀率、毛羽指数等方面
Sirofil spinning is a kind of new-type spinning technology.Owing to its good profits and unique yarn property, people gradually pay attention to it. In addition, because of the quick improvement of the industrialization, the air pollution is more and more serious. People eagerly hope to have a graceful and fresh living environment.At this moment the appeared anion viscose fiber with its unique performance receives the great concern of people all over the world. But how to combine the advantage of Sirofil spinning technology with the excellent characteristic of the anion viscose fiber becomes a very significant subject at present. On the basis of this need, while probing into relevant theories, the subject makes an overall discussion on the function of Sirofil yarn and fabric with polyester roving and anion viscose filament.Firstly, we utilize polyester roving and anion viscose filament to carry on Sirofil spinning in a transformed Model FA502 spinning
    
    machine, then select the space of filament and roving, the twist of Sirofil yarn, the pre-force of filament as three main factors and analyse the impact of their different levels on the yarn properties. The optimum spinning technology parameters are as followed: the space, 10mm; the twist of Sirofil yarn, 550 per meter; the weight of tension slice, 9g.Comparing the properties of pure polyester yarn, pure viscose yarn and Sirofil yarn, the paper thinks that because of its special spinning technology, Sirofil yarn is superior to the other two yarns in breaking force, breaking extension, the section of thickness and thinness, the cotton form, evenness and imperfection, hairness index, etc. In addition, the subject also discusses the relation between the structure characteristic of Sirofil spinning and the reduction of yarn hairness theoretically.Secondly, we weave a white cloth separately at laboratory by using pure cotton yarn, pure viscose yarn, Sirofil yarn(the organization and density of fabric is the same), and pretreat them before dyeing the three clothes with different dyeing technologies.Then, we test and compare the tear ability, wear ability, crease-resistant ability, rigidity and pliability, pendency ability, ventilate ability, dank ability, fluff-resistant ability of pure cotton fabric, pure viscose fabric and Sirofil fabric, and adopt grey cluster method of grey systematic theory to give a judge for the comprehensive properties of three different fabrics. Finally, the paper thinks that the comprehensive
    
    property of pure cotton fabric is bad, the comprehensive properties of pure polyester fabric and Sirofil fabric are ordinary,and the Sirofil fabric is superior to pure polyester fabric and pure cotton fabric according to the degree of leanin to the good comprehensive property.At last, we use the machine called "Air Ion Counter" to test the anion launch ability of Sirofil frabic. The result is that the Sirofil fabric has a good anion launch function and it can strengthen people's immunities .
