蝙蝠葛酚性碱对实验性心肌缺血保护作用的研究

摘要
心肌缺血是一种常见的心脏病理生理改变,许多因素都可导致心肌缺血,而发病率极高的冠心病更是导致心肌缺血的主要原因。本文从中西医两个角度对心肌缺血研究现状作了阐述。
     本实验借助生物化学、病理学以及生理学研究手段,观察了蝙蝠葛酚性碱对结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支所造成的急性心肌缺血模型的影响,并通过Ⅱ导心电图改变、血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量和血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性,以及心肌组织形态学改变,探讨了蝙蝠葛酚性碱对大鼠心肌缺血损伤的影响及其作用机制。
     实验结果表明,蝙蝠葛酚性碱给药组大鼠血清中SOD活性显著升高;血清中MDA含量显著降低;血清中CK、LDH活性显著降低,并可抑制ST段抬高幅度。与复方丹参片相比,蝙蝠葛酚性碱显示出更明显的抗心肌缺血作用。
Myocardial ischemia is a common of pathopysiology change of ischemic heart disease,many factors cause it,coronary heart disease is the most important factor.The thesis summarize present situation study about myocardial ischemia from modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.
    The experiment observed the effect of phenolic alkaloids from menispermum dauricum(PAMD) on the acute myocardial ischemia in rats by the means of biochemistry > pathology -, and physiology .The model was established by occluding left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD). The change of II ?write electrocardiogram (ECG) ? Superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity> Malondial dehyde(MDA) content^ Creatine kinase(CK) activity -, Lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) acyivity in serum were determined the results indicated that after administration of PAMD.
    The results showed that SOD activity in serum was significantly higher MDA content was lower ^ CK activity was lower in PAMD group than those of model group. PAMD can also inhibit ST條evel raising range .PAMD showed more significant protective effect on myocardial of ischemia compared to the tablet of compound salvia miltiorrhiza Bge of positive control group.
