江苏农产品加工业区域竞争力研究

摘要
经过近几十年的发展,江苏省农产品加工业取得了巨大的发展,在江苏工业中具有举足轻重的地位,在促进农业生产和农村经济的发展做出了重要贡献。但是,江苏省农产品加工业也存在一些问题,使得江苏省农产品加工业整体竞争力不足,影响了它的进一步发展。农产品加工业是农业和市场连接的重要纽带,是农产品商品化必不可少的中间环节,大力发展农产品加工业,实现农产品转化增值,对提高江苏省农业整体效益,增加农民收入,增强农产品的市场竞争力都具有十分重要的作用。本文主要通过分析江苏农产品加工业的竞争力状况、成长情况及影响因素,对江苏农产品加工业的竞争力做出合理的判断,并提出政策建议。
本文首先对江苏省农产品加工业的现状进行分析,指出江苏农产品加工业取得的成就及农产品加工业的结构,并指出农产品加工业存在的问题。其次论文分别构建农产品加工业竞争力的静态模型和动态模型进行实证分析,这是本文的主体部分。从竞争力影响因素角度,构建竞争力评价指标体系,采用因子分析法,选取10个指标从产业投入、产业效益、市场绩效三个角度对江苏农产品加工业整体的综合竞争力进行静态评价,并根据获得的解释因子对竞争力影响因素进行分析,为了进一步了解江苏农产品加工业竞争力的结构特征,本文对其进行聚类分析。本文还分别对12个细分行业进行竞争力分析。评价结果显示：江苏农产品加工业整体竞争力不强,主要是因为产业投入不足和实现利润的能力较弱；12个细分行业的竞争力在全国区域的竞争力差异较大。本文利用偏离—份额分析法对江苏农产品加工业进行动态的分析,分析结果表明江苏农产品加工业整体竞争力在下降,并利用偏量分析表分析产业基础与竞争力变化,并选取四项指标分析江苏农产品加工业在时期内的变化。本文还利用波特的钻石模型对江苏农产品加工业竞争力的影响因素进行定性分析。最后根据分析结果提出江苏省农产品加工业竞争力提升的对策建议。
After decades of development, agricultural product processing industry in Jiangsu Province has made tremendous development and has made great contributions in promoting agricultural production and rural economic development. However, there are some problems during the development of agricultural product processing industry in Jiangsu Province. The lack of competitiveness has influenced its further development. Agricultural product processing industry is the important bond between agriculture and market, also is the intermediate links which is essential to the commercialization of agricultural products. It plays an important role in promoting agricultural products into value-added and improving the efficiency of agriculture in Jiangsu Province. In order to make reasonable judgments and provide a theoretical basis, this article analyses the competitiveness and the impact of factors of agricultural product processing industry in Jiangsu.
At first, this article analyses the status quo of agricultural product processing industry, pointing out achievements and the structure of the agricultural product processing industry in Jiangsu as well as existing problems. Then, the article builds a static model and dynamic model to analyse the competitiveness of agricultural products processing industry, which is the main part of this article. The article builds competitiveness evaluation index system which includes ten indicators. The article uses of factor analysis to make static analysis. The main factors can be used for explaining the impact factor of competitiveness. The article also uses the same method to analyse the twelve industries of the agricultural product processing industry. Evaluation results showed that:the overall competitiveness of agricultural products processing industry is not strong, mainly because of inadequate investment in industry and the ability of weaker profits; the competitiveness of the twelve industries has great difference. In order to further understand the structural characteristics of competitiveness of the agricultural product processing industry in Jiangsu, cluster analysis carried out in this article. The article uses shift-share analysis to analyse the dynamic changes of agricultural product processing industry. The results showed that the overall competitiveness of agricultural product processing industry is declining. Next, the article makes qualitative analysis of impact factors on the basis of Porter's model. Finally, according to of the results of the analysis of agricultural product processing industry in Jiangsu Province, the article makes some proposals.
