摘要
本文应用多种现代色谱手段分别对射干Belamcanda chinensis (L.) DC和海南狗牙花Ervatamia hainanensis Tsiang的化学成分进行了系统的分离与纯化,并应用化学反应和分析光谱学进行了化学结构鉴定。从射干中分离得到35个化合物,鉴定了32个化合物(BC01~BC32),其中2个为新化合物,1个为新天然产物,12个化合物为首次从该植物中分得;初步的雌激素样活性试验表明,射干总异黄酮对雌激素低下动物显示弱雌激素样作用。从海南狗牙花中分离得到34个化合物,鉴定了30个化合物(EH01~EH30),其中2个为新化合物,8个化合物为首次从该植物中分得,并首次对化合物EH08的立体结构进行了确定;初步的防治吗啡依赖活性试验表明,海南狗牙花总生物碱对吗啡依赖的身体依赖性和精神依赖性都有一定的防治作用。
In this paper, we studied on chemical constituents from Belamcanda chinensis (L.) DC and Ervatamia hainanensis Tsiang. Thirty-five compounds were isolated from the rhizomes of Belamcanda chinensis by column chromatography. And 32 compounds (BC01~BC32) were identified on the basis of chemical reaction and spectral analysis. Among them, there were two new compounds, one natural compound and twelve compounds were isolated for the first time from it. The total isoflavones of Belamcanda chinensis from Belamcanda chinensis showed estrogenic effect on estrogen-dificiency rats. Thirty-four compounds were isolated from the the root and stem of Ervatamia hainanensis by column chromatography. And 30 compounds (EH01~EH30) were identified on the basis of chemical reaction and spectral analysis. Among them, there were two new compounds and eight compounds were isolated for the first time from it. The absolute configuration of EH08 was determined for the first time.The total alkaloid of Ervatamia hainanensis (TEHA) display significant reverse effects on development of CPP induced by morphine in mice, and also showed reverse effects on reinstatement of CPP induced by morphine in mice.
