数字版权理论研究与系统设计实现

摘要
随着互联网技术的蓬勃发展,多媒体内容在网上大量传播,极大地丰富了人们的娱乐和生活。越来越多的人通过网络获取信息,并传播他们自己的资源,这一切都为视频点播系统的发展提供了良好的条件。但由于受到商业利益的驱使,盗版和拷贝现象也在互联网大面积的蔓延,严重损害了出版商和媒体拥有者的利益。
     本论文通过对数字版权理论的研究,提出并实现了基于媒体播放文件的数字版权保护系统服务器,通过它对要播放的视频音频文件进行有效的保护,从而遏制盗版的发生。
     具体而言,本论文主要完成了以下几个方面的重要工作:
     (1)设计实现了基于数字版权保护的服务器和客户端进行通信的协议,实现数字媒体内容在网络的安全传输。
     (2)设计实现了媒体文件播放所需要的许可证,遵从XML文件标准格式,并能够完成对媒体播放文件权限的有效控制。
     (3)设计实现了证书管理中心,能够进行证书的生成和发放,从而可以有效验证用户的合法性。
     (4)最终设计实现了一个能达到数字版权保护的服务器系统,并进行了系统测试;在满足实际运营的需求下,又进行了进一步的系统优化,从而提高了服务器的运行效率。
With the development of internet, multimedia information has spread in the network quickly. Its wide spread has riched people's life and entertainment. There are more and more people who got information by internet and upload video and audio files by it. All of these provide good environment for the development of VOD(video on demand).But there are still many people who are lured by business benefit ,they get money by coping files and sell them. Their action severely damaged the benefit of content provider and sailor.
     On this paper, a good DRM system which is based on multimedia is proposed and finished. By it, we can protect the multimedia content vey well and stop from the happening of pirating.
     Generally speaking , my work can be briefly summarized as follows:
     (1)One DRM protection protocol is proposed and implemented in according to OMA and Microsoft criteria which can protect the safe communication between client and server.
     (2)License is designed and implemented by xml technology which can control the play of video.
     (3)Certificate management center is designed and implemented which can create certificate and verify the identity of the user. (4)At last, one server system which can implements DRM protection is finished.
     Through the test, the system can satisfy the need of user. Then we make some other improvements for DRM server and let the system get better performance.
