松矿3号竖井提升机监控系统研究

摘要
目前,国内矿山竖井提升机的电控系统主要由继电器、接触器等触点元件组成,系统控制精度不高且维护量大。提升机电力拖动系统采用的是交流电机转子串电阻的调速方式,其速度控制不够平滑,人员乘坐的舒适性低。
     为适应矿山竖井提升机控制系统自动化和高性能运行的需求,作者对云南锡业集团松矿3号竖井提升机电控系统进行了改造。其中包括对3号竖井提升机调速系统和控制回路的改造、上位机监控软件的开发和视频监控系统的设计。调速系统经改造后采用变频调速的方式,降低了能源消耗,同时也提高了提升机运行的稳定性。控制回路采用了PLC控制方式,大大提高了系统的可靠性和控制精度。上位机监控系统是在Visual C++的开发环境下编写的,通过上位机与PLC的通信,在界面上显示提升机的运行参数:给定速度、实际速度、电枢电流、液压油压力、提升机位置、故障报警显示以及安全回路的保护情况,使用户能够清楚直观了解到矿井提升机的运行情况。视频监控系统根据现场情况,使摄像机接收的视频信号通过相应的传输介质,输入到上位机的视频采集卡中,通过上位机监控系统中的视频采集模块,采集并显示图像,用户根据图像对现场实施监控。
     通过以上的改造设计,松矿3号竖井提升机的安全性和稳定性得到大幅度地提高,安全可靠的监控系统不仅保证了矿山生产的顺利进行,而且保障了人员的人身安全,将会给企业带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
At present, the mine hoister electrical control system in domestic is consisted of relays,contactors,and other contact devices,poor system control precision with a large quantity of maintenance.The hoister electric drive system adopts the manner of AC motor rotor in series with resistances,speed control is not smooth,and the comfort is low.
     To adapt the demand for automation and high-performance operation of the mine hoister control system,the author has transformed the 3rd mine hoister electrical control system of Song Mine belongs to Yunnan Tin Group.Including the improvement of 3rd mine hoister speed control system and control loop、development of PC monitoring software and design of video surveillance system.After the improvement,the speed control system adopts the manner of VWF,it can reduce energy consumption,also improve stability of hoister operation.Control loop adopts the manner of PLC,reliability of the system and the control accuracy have been increased greatly.PC monitoring software was programmed under the environment of Visual C++,through the communication between PC and PLC,it can show the operating parameters on the interface.These operating parameters contain given speed、actual speed、armature current、hydraulic oil pressure、hoister position、fault alarm display and protection of safety circuit.These can make users realize the operation of the mine hoister clearly. According to the situation,the video surveillance system make the video signal received by CCD be inputted to the Video Capture Card,through the transmission medium.The video surveillance system can capture and display the video through the video capture module of the PC monitoring system.Users implement monitoring according to the video.
     Through the design of improvement, the security and stability of 3rd mine hoister belongs to Song Mine will be improved greatly. The safe and reliable monitoring system not only make sure mine production be working well, but also ensure the personal safety, it will bring plenty of economic and social benefits to the corporation.
