北京联通计费账务系统容灾分析与设计

摘要
过去的十年见证了全球互联网技术的飞速发展,其应用日趋深入。电信业除需承受互联网对一般商业企业运行的挑战外,还必须面对其对电信传统业务的直接大幅度分流和替代。电信企业必须实现从过去传统的技术网络运营商向现代综合信息提供商转型。转型即意味着为了增加利润,电信运营商们在不断开拓新业务的同时还需不断提高服务质量,这对电信业务支撑系统提出了更高的要求。
     对于电信运营商,企业IT系统的应用直接关乎管理、服务、成本、效率等各个重要环节,并最终全面影响电信运营商的竞争力。本文介绍了电信级计费帐务系统容灾保护的相关概念及技术实现。在灾难发生后,通过容灾技术加强对系统数据和应用的保护,保证数据的不丢失、系统尽量快的恢复运行。
     北京联通集中计费帐务系统(IBS)是北京联通最重要的业务支撑系统,系统中断或数据丢失对北京联通意味着服务质量的下降和企业效益的损失。
     对计费帐务系统容灾建设的研究,主要是研究国内外容灾建设现状,数据复制技术和业务切换方法,容灾建设的实质以及业务连续性开发模式并按照业务连续性开发模式对集中计费帐务系统和网络收费系统进行风险分析,业务冲击分析,企业容灾环境分析,在此基础上制定容灾策略,设计容灾方案,形成业务连续性流程,最大限度地保证系统可持续运行。
     本文总结了作者参与计费帐务系统容灾建设的经验,从理论和实践的角度提出了建设容灾系统的方法,通过对计费帐务系统容灾建设的研究以及工程实践,实现了系统应用级容灾,提高了计费帐务系统运行的可靠性,满足了业务持续运行的要求,也为今后实施容灾建设积累了经验。
In the past ten years, Internet has experienced a rapid development. The applications become more and more popular. Telecom providers are not only challenged in the opereation mode, but their traditional services are also substituted. Transformation is meant to increase profits. Telecom providers have developed a lot of new services, and service qualifications are continuely improved. All these demands are put forward before the support systems. The three demands of the business supporting continuity, high reliability, continuous operation, disaster recovery, have become the consus of the industry. High reliability and high availability of the business supporting system have become the focus of the telecom provider.
     The application of business IT system is in direct connection with all important phases, i.e., management, service, cost, efficiency etc. and furthermore, ultimately affect the competitiveness of telecom operators. This essay introduces the concepts and technical realization regarding the disaster recovery of telecom business support system. In case of disaster, the system data and application can be protected through disaster recovery technology, the data can not be lost and the system can be resumed to rerun as soon as possible.
     IBS(Integrated Billing and Accounting System) is the most important system of Beijing Unicom. System crack or data loss will cost Bejing Unicom the degraded service quality and the lost of enterprise profits. The research on disaster recovery of the billing and accounting system is focused on the introduction of DR systems built in the world, the techniques of Data Copy and Business switch, the essential of DR system constructions. Based on the development mode of BCP (Business Continuous Process), we discussed the analysis of the disaster type, the analysis of the business impact, and the analysis of the enterprise environment, especially used in the IBS. The DR policy is produced on the base of analysis. Scheme designation will produce BCP(Business Continuity Process), including system analysis, configuration scheme, engineering project, and so on. Through all these research, we could conclude the methods on how to establish DR system.
     The author summarized the experiences and methods of DR construction in the thesis. The research on disaster recovery of the billing and accounting system is focused on the analysis of the disaster type, the analysis of the business impact, and the analysis of the enterprise environment. The DR policy is produced on the base of analysis. Scheme designation will produce BCP(Business Continuity Process), including system analysis, configuration scheme, engineering project, and so on. Through all these research, we could conclude the methods and experiences on how to establish DR system.
