大庆金桥销售信息管理系统的设计与开发

摘要
当前,无论是整个社会的发展,还是企业自身的改革和发展,都对一企业销售管理提出了更高、更新的要求。建立以信息技术、计算机技术、网络技术为支撑的现代销售管理信息系统,是搞好企业销售的一项重要的基础工作,也是实现企业销售管理现代化、加速决策科学化的前提条件。
     本文根据大庆金桥信息技术工程有限公司加强销售管理信息化的需要,结合目前管理信息系统的发展现状和销售管理部门的实际情况,在分析研究管理信息系统的理论基础上,利用结构化的分析方法对该公司的组织结构、业务流程、用户需求等内容进行了详细的调查和分析,并在此基础上提出了系统的逻辑模型。在系统分析的基础上,结合数据库相关理论以及公司销售部门的实际情况,进行了系统数据库的概念结构和逻辑结构设计,并利用结构化的设计方法进行了系统设计,提出了系统的物理模型。
     该系统根据销售管理工作的内容和特点,在充分注重软件操作的交互性、简单性以及可视化原则的前提下,及时为销售管理提供准确、全面的数据和分析结果,能有效提高销售管理的工作效率、质量及管理决策的有效性、可靠性和实时性,实现公司销售管理工作的现代化管理。
The enterprise needs to be in an invincible position in the market economy competition for the medium or long term, which is decided by many factors. But one of the most important points is enterprise's internal management. As an modern enterprise, enhancing market competitiveness becomes the core of enterprise management, which should be based on the modern enterprise system. Computerized management of the enterprise management has become an indispensable tool. Enterprise management is summed up in six words, that is, personnel(hunman resources management),wealth(financial control), raw material(means of production management), production(production control management), supply(material for the institute for supply management), marketing(product sales management), The six elements of management should be able to use the computer as a management tool to manage.
     Refining enterprises will bring a new challenge to marketing efforts through accelerating the pace of technological progress, improving technology and increasing the market to be developed varieties of products. In practice, the enterprise should enhance the guiding ideology of increasing market-led development of technology development, technology development in order to promote the development of the market, increase the comprehensive application of technology development, technical service and market development combined with the work. To achieve business process transformation and management, the enterprise must rely on information technology. Without computer technology, it is simply unthinkable to collect information, which is widely present in almost all the production and operation activities, and sometimes even the existence of different types of production equipment, testing equipment and other applications, even from the Internet sales information. To develop a modern enterprise management mode and the actual situation in the combination of storage and transportation management information system integration sales - the sale DaQing Golden Bridge Information Management System in order to strengthen competition in the market's ability to quickly establish market feedback mechanisms, to expand product market share, thereby enhancing the economic efficiency of enterprises.
