低压电器行业ERP建模与业务流程重组与实现

摘要
我国低压电器制造企业现已具有相当的规模,但是其细分市场始终处于低端产品,造成了其制造水平与西方发达国家相比还存在较大的差距。除自主研发能力不强之外,制造水平落后的另一个重要原因则是信息化水平低下,致使资源的配置和技术的应用达不到预期的效果。ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning),是制造业中先进的管理理念和信息技术相结合的产物,代表了当前集成化企业管理软件系统的最高水平。在ERP系统支持下,企业的物流、信息流、资金流、工作流得以集成化管理,能实现资源的优化配置,带动我国制造企业业务流程的创新、产品研发模式和设计理念的创新,从而建立起基于协同商务模式的现代企业管理系统。
     本课题以低压电器行业ERP系统在我国企业的应用为切入点,研究在我国目前经济发展阶段,针对中小型的低压电器企业的发展特点,业务需求,供应链上的配套企业特点,考虑如何更好的进行业务流程的优化。并且在此基础上搭建一个适合业务流程ERP系统系统模型。
     本文首先以国内外有关ERP的研究成果,分析了我国低压电器企业信息化存在的问题,阐明了对我国制造企业实施ERP的必要性,以及目前国内外的关于ERP技术的在低压电器制造行业的应用状况。在业务分析阶段,在ERP的理论和业务流程再造的基础上,分析了低压电器行业的业务流程特点,分析了ERP系统实施的关键因素,并辅以分析实施ERP重点考虑的问题。在业务流程建立阶段,针对低压电器行业的业务流程特点,综合考虑企业市场经营战略,进行业务流程分析,给出优化后的计划、生产、采购、销售的分解的业务流程。在模型建立阶段,根据前文所述的基本业务流程以及优化有情况,给出设计后低压电器行业ERP的总体结构以及生产、采购、销售业务模块模型设计。最后,以改进后的业务流程和系统模型,依托成熟ERP软件进行ERP实施,给出实施后的效果分析。
China's low-voltage electrical appliance manufacturers now have considerable scale, but its market segments will always be in low-end products, resulting in the level of its manufacturing, compared with Western developed countries, there are still large gaps. In addition to independent R & D capability is not strong, and the manufacturing level backward, another important reason is the low level of information technology, resulting in the allocation of resources and technology which do not achieve the desired results. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), the manufacturing industry in the advanced management concepts and information technology product of the combination, is on behalf of the current integrated enterprise management software system the highest level. ERP system in support of enterprise logistics, information flow, capital flow, workflow management can be integrated, to achieve optimal distribution of resources, promote China's manufacturing enterprise business process innovation, product research and development models and innovative design concept, so as to establish business model based on the synergy effect of the modern enterprise management system.
     The topics to low-voltage electrical industry ERP system in the application of China's enterprises as the breakthrough point, to study China's current stage of economic development for small and medium-sized low-voltage electrical characteristics of the development of enterprises, business demand, supply chain, supporting enterprise features, consider how more good for business process optimization. And it is on this basis to build a suitable business process model of ERP systems.
     This article first at home and abroad related to ERP research results, analysis of China's low-voltage electrical enterprise information problems, expounded on China's manufacturing enterprises need for the implementation of ERP, as well as at home and abroad on the ERP technology in low-voltage electrical manufacturing industries Application of the situation. In the business analysis stage, according to the theory of ERP and Business Process Re-engineering, article based on an analysis of low-voltage electrical industry and the characteristics of business processes, including the analysis of the ERP system implementation of the key factors. Building phase in the business process, in view of low-voltage electrical industry and the characteristics of business processes, integrated business strategy of taking the enterprise market, optimized planning, production, procurement, sales of the decomposition of business processes. In the model building phase, according to the basic business processes and optimization situation, article gives the design of ERP after the low-voltage electrical industry, as well as the overall structure of production, procurement, sales business model design module. Finally, the improved business processes and system model, relying on sophisticated ERP software ERP implementation, given after the implementation of the effectiveness analysis.
