基于制造资源共享平台的项目导向型虚拟企业合作伙伴选择研究

摘要
随着科学技术的飞速发展和经济一体化的迅猛推进,市场竞争日益激烈,越来越多的企业意识到单凭自身的资源与能力很难适应全球市场。虚拟企业是多个具有核心能力的企业,依托信息网络资源,为及时响应市场机遇而结成的动态联盟,是21世纪最有竞争力的企业经营模式之一。
     相关研究表明建立虚拟企业的一个关键环节是选择敏捷的、具有竞争力和相容企业文化的合作伙伴。因此,虚拟企业合作伙伴选择是否合适是虚拟企业成功运作的关键。研究虚拟企业合作伙伴的选择问题,对虚拟企业的快速建立和敏捷运作具有很强的现实意义。
     本文以虚拟企业合作伙伴选择基本理论为基础,结合项目及项目管理的理论和方法,针对项目导向型虚拟企业提出了合作伙伴选择的新框架。本文首先分析比较了虚拟企业与项目的相似性,提出了项目导向型虚拟企业的概念。然后,提出了项目导向型虚拟企业任务分解的方法,针对制造行业建立了合作伙伴评价指标库,提出了伙伴选择的三阶段过程模型,用一个实例证明了该过程模型的合理性、高效性。在此基础上,结合计算机知识,设计了基于制造资源共享平台的伙伴选择辅助系统,采用UML语言对系统进行了静态、动态建模,并给出了系统的运行界面。
With the science and technology rapidly developing and economic integration fast advancing, increasingly intense of market competition, more and more enterprise has been aware that depending on its own resources and capacity is difficult to adapt the global market. Virtual Enterprise is a dynamic alliance that is established by many of the enterprises with core competencies which rely on the information network resources and respond to opportunity of market. It is the most effective one business model in the 21st century.
     Research shows that the key of virtual enterprise established is to choose a agile, competitive and compatible partners on culture. Therefore, it is the key of virtual enterprise operated successfully whether choose the right virtual enterprise partners or not. Research on virtual enterprise partner selection problem has a strong practical significance to establish the virtual enterprise rapidly and operate agilely.
     A new framework for project-oriented virtual enterprise is proposed in this paper which based on the basic theory of virtual enterprise partner selection and the project and project management theory and methods. Firstly, the concept of project-oriented virtual enterprise is put forward, which depends on comparing virtual enterprise with project. Then, the method of project-oriented virtual enterprise task decomposition is put forward. A partnership evaluation index database is established for the manufacturing industry. a process of partner selection model with three-stage is proposed. The rational and efficient of this partner selection model is proved by an example. On this basis, combine with the knowledge of computer, the partner selection support system based on manufacturing resource sharing platform is designed, and static and dynamic modeling for system is established using UML language.
