连续刚构桥施工控制技术研究

摘要
桥梁是公路、铁路、城市道路和农村道路及水利建设中,为了跨越各种障碍的结构物。桥梁在交通事业中占有举足轻重的地位。在国防上,桥梁是交通的咽喉,它更占有非常重要的地位。连续刚构桥能满足特大跨径桥梁的受力要求,除梁端以外无其他伸缩缝,有利于行车平顺舒适,具有结构整体性能好、抗震能力强、承载能力强、施工快捷等结构特点,因此在城乡已建和在建的桥梁中占据了越来越大的比重。
     本文在分析总结国内外连续刚构桥施工控制技术的发展趋势之后,对大跨径连续刚构桥的施工控制技术进行了研究。
     根据大跨径连续刚构桥的特点,探讨了各种参数对结构内力和变形等方面的影响,提出施工控制模拟计算中各种参数的取舍;根据大跨径连续刚构桥内力和变形的特点,提出了合理的观测方案,建立了全面的监测系统。运用这一监测系统,在实际工程施工控制过程中,成功采集了施工过程的基础数据和技术信息,与理论数据进行比较分析,运用灰色理论进行预拱度调整,提出合适的预拱度指导施工。本文从工程实际出发,对预应力混凝土刚构桥施工过程线形预拱度控制的结构计算分析和误差调整预测方面作了较为深入的研究,对灰色理论进行了一定的研究,并把灰色理论应用到实际工程中,提供合理的预抛高值指导施工,促使全桥顺利合拢,从而成功完成对实际工程的施工控制。为以后同类型桥梁的施工提供可借鉴的施工控制方案。

In a row the Gou bridge just canned satisfy to greatly across being request by dint of path bridge especially, in addition to the beam carry have no other flexible sew, be advantageous to going a car going smoothly comfort, have structure whole function a good、anti- an earthquake ability strong、a loading the ability strong、to start construction fast etc. Structure characteristics, so have already set up in the city country and occupy more and more big specific weight in set up of the bridge.
     Through the analysis and summary of the development of PC continuous rigid frame bridge and the developmental tendency of the construction control techniques in our country and abroad, the paper gives the study of the construction control techniques for long-span prestressing PC continuous rigid frame bridge.
     According to the special character of the PC continuous rigid frame bridge, the paper discusses that various parameters have effect on the inner force and displacement of the structure. and put forward taking the parameter or not in the calculation. According to the special character of the PC continuous rigid frame bridge. The paper suggests a good way of observation in the course of construction control, and establishes a monitoring system. During the construction control of actual construction, the system makes the basic parameters and technical parameters be acquired successfully. And compare with the theory data .Adjust arch degree from the use of the gray theories. and put forward suitability preparing an arch degree instruction the execution .The text physically sets out from the actual construction make the profound research about the theory of calculation analyze and error margin adjusted estimate aspect of PC continuous rigid frame bridge, Carried on a certain research to the gray theories, and apply the gray theories to the actual engineering, the paper gives reasonable counter-camber to direct construction and join the two sections of the bridge, and finishes the construction control of actual construction. And the paper provides a good way of observation in the course of construction control.
