基于MPC8260的战车综合显示器的设计与实现

摘要
传统的军用车辆检测仪表仅对车辆的发动机及其辅助设备的工作状况进行检测和显示,存在检测功能不全,提供信息量少的问题,在一定程度上制约了军用车辆有关性能的发挥。随着军用车辆技术的发展,以及现代信息化战争对武器装备的数字化要求,这种传统的仪表已不能满足需要。需要尽快研制出功能齐全、信息量大、操作方便的高性能仪表,实现武器装备现代化。
     战车综合显示器正是为顺应此需求而研制的高性能嵌入式计算机系统。它不仅拥有大屏幕的平板显示器,能通过色彩丰富的表盘直观的显示车辆的各种参数、在遇到超限时发出警示信号;同时还可显示电子地图及定位导航信息,使驾驶人员对作战地域能有清晰的了解,便于协同作战和充分发挥团队的战斗力;并且具有黑匣子功能,实时记录车辆行驶参数,用于分析。
     战车综合显示器以高性能的嵌入式微处理器MPC8260为核心处理器。通过扩展存储系统、显示控制器、通信接口模块等外围电路,构成系统核心控制电路板。以虚拟显示的方式在平板显示器上分屏显示车辆参数和电子地图,清晰醒目、信息量大、使用方便、占用体积小。在硬件平台上移植VxWorks嵌入式实时操作系统,并在此基础上开发设备驱动和应用程序,开发了虚拟仪表显示及GPS电子地图导航等功能,整个系统具有界面美观、操作简单、性能稳定等特点。
     战车综合显示器已设计完成,各项功能/性能参数达到指标要求。相信系统的成功研制,为军用战车检测仪表的开发,提供了一种可借鉴的方法,有利于改善我国现有军用战车检测仪表落伍的状况。
The traditional military vehicular indicating meters, which just indicate the status of the vehicle’s engine and assistant devices, can not afford too much information. Along with the military vehicles’development and the mode of war’s evolvement, these traditional meters can not fulfill the modern information war’s requirement any more. A kind of high-powered digital instrument, which has many functions and can afford a lot of information, should be developed as soon as possible.
     The Camion Integrated Monitor (CIM) is such a high-performance and multifunctional digital instrument. Through its clear and colorful display on wide flat screen, camion drivers can get much information easily. They can not only know various parameters, but also be warned whenever there is a parameter exceeding its threshold. The digital map and position information are also afforded by CIM to help drivers understand the battle environment. The CIM has black-box function too.
     The CIM is actually an embedded computing system. It uses micro processor MPC8260 as central processing unit. The peripheral circuit is composed of memorys, display controller, transceiver components, etc. The driving parameters and digital map are displayed on the wide flat screen separately, switched by keys. The display controller, based on Programmable Logic Device, is designed by author. Utilizing a First In First Out memory settled in the PLD, the display controller could make the display refreshing smoothly. The operating system used in CIM is VxWorks, based on which the device drivers and applications are designed, including the function of virtual Instrument displaying and GPS navigation. The beautiful interface, simple operation and stable performance are the biggest characteristics in CIM.
     The CIM has been developed successfully, satisfying both of the function and performance requirements. This success provides a reference for modern military indicating instrument design.
