殡仪管理信息系统的设计与实现

摘要
随着社会信息量的迅速增长,原始的手工管理模式已经不能满足信息社会的实际需要。为此,如何对现有资源进行有效管理,已经成为当今社会发展必须解决的主要问题之一。
     本论文首先围绕数据库管理系统及其应用方面的技术问题进行了认真研究,对目前通辽市殡仪馆提出的业务需求进行了客观分析,建立了一个殡仪管理系统的框架模型,并进行了总体设计。然后将总体设计框架细化成系统操作员管理子系统、殡葬收费信息管理子系统、骨灰寄存信息管理子系统、数据库管理子系统等四个子系统,并借助VFP数据库开发工具实现了每个子系统的表、表单、报表等功能,最后完成并实现了整个管理系统的设计。
     文中提出的殡仪管理系统的设计思想是:根据逝者信息分别建立殡葬收费信息表和骨灰寄存信息表,管理员可以对上述信息表进行增加、编辑、注销、查询、报表统计等多种操作,系统自动进行信息表之间的关联运算,以实现微机化管理的目的。该系统还实现了骨灰盒取走时自动提醒是否欠费的功能,提高了系统的实用性和自动化水平。
     本论文完成的系统具有以下功能:
     1、可以电子化录入、管理整个信息库内容(包括殡葬收费信息库和骨灰寄存信息库);
     2、信息库管理细化到每名逝者或每个骨灰盒,包括各项具体信息的增加、修改、删除、查询等操作;
     3、实现欠费信息有明显提示功能:
     4、对各分支机构提供标准化模版,确保信息合成、管理不存在问题;
     5、系统可以实现生成日报、月报、年报等统计功能;
     6、可以根据工作需要进行数据库备份与恢复操作;
     7、该数据库可移植性强,可以根据上级管理部门报表格式需求的不同提供DBF、XLS、格式化文本等多种格式转换;
     8、操作界面简洁明了,快捷方便,通俗易懂。
     在圆满完成以上各项功能的程序设计同时,根据实际需要,又对该系统在操作员分级管理、版权保护模式上进行了有效的优化尝试,达到了预期的目的。该系统在全国殡葬系统中具有较高的推广价值,系统的设计思想和方法对其他信息管理系统也有一定的参考价值。
The primitive manual management model already could not meet the actual needs of information society,with the rapid increasing of social information contents. Therefore,how to manage effectively the available resources became one of main issues must be solved now.
     The technology of database and its application were studied carefully,in this paper, analysed objectively the current service demand of Tongliao funeral home,set up a frame model of funeral home management system and designed genreally.Then devided the general design details to four subsystems,the subsystem of system operator management,the subsystem of burial charge information management,the subsystem of ashes store information management and the subsystem database management.At last, achieved the founction of table,form,reportforms of every subsystem by VFP database developer tool,then finished and realized the design of the whole management system. The design idea of funeral management system in this paper was:to build respectively burial charge information table and ashes store information table according to the dead first,manager can carry out many operationd to above information,such as add,edit, cancel,search and form statistice.System carried on the associative operation among the information tables automatically,and then achieved the microcomputer management. This system still achived the function that auto alert charges owed when cinerary casket was taken away,thus increased the system practicability and the automated level.
     The system finished in this paper had the following functions:
     1.May input and manage electronicly the whole database content(including burial charge and ashes store database).
     2.The database management refined to each the dead or each cinerary casket, inclued the operation of each concrete information like add,change,deletion,and search.
     3.Realized the alert function of charges owed.
     4.Provide the standardized pattern plate to branch office,guaranteed the information synthesis and the management.
     5.The system may realize statistical functions of daily report,monthly report,and annual report.
     6.May carry on the database backup and the resuming operation according to the job requirement.
     7.This database had strong probability,may provide DBF,XLS,the formatted text and many kinds of format conversions according to report format demand of the higher authority control section.
     8.The operation interface was simple,brief,convenient,and easy to understand.
     While completed above each function programme design,according to actual need, carried on the effective optimized attempt to the operator grading management and the copyright protected mode,has achieved the anticipated purpose.This system had higher promotional value to national funeral system;the design idea and methods also had some reference value to other information management system.
