摘要
本选题是国家自然科学基金资助项目“制造业绿色产品评价体系研究与开发”(编号:70472034)的重要研究内容之一。
     制造业是国民经济的支柱产业,也是高物耗、高能耗、高污染的产业。制造业的可持续发展在生态保护中占有重要的战略地位,面向制造业建立科学有效的绿色产品评价体系,是有效实施绿色制造及进行绿色产品开发决策、设计方案优化和选优的重要基础和前提。目前国内外有关绿色产品评价的研究较多,但并未全方位的解决绿色产品的评价,尤其在绿色产品评价软件开发方面的研究工作还相当薄弱。
     本文在课题组开展了制造业绿色产品评价系统体系研究的基础之上,着重研究了制造业绿色产品评价系统软件开发的总体设计方案,并实现了系统开发。全文主要研究包含如下内容:首先,阐明了绿色产品、产品生命周期评价等相关概念,根据产品生命周期评价的局限性,提出了融产品环境影响、经济及技术评价于一体的制造业绿色产品评价及其评价系统软件的概念;其次,通过深入总结分析课题组完成的研究成果,根据制造业绿色产品评价多生命周期结构模型,以及适于计算机实现的绿色产品设计方案评价、竞争力评价及综合评价的指标体系和评价方法,明确了制造业绿色产品评价系统软件的开发思路;最后,基于对制造业绿色产品评价系统的需求分析,着重研究了系统功能模块、工作流程、数据库与知识库的设计等相关问题,提出采取VB.NET开发B/S和C/S混合模式的评价系统软件。并结合洗衣机产品对软件的绿色产品设计方案评价模块进行例证分析,验证了系统的可行性。
     本文所构建的基于网络环境的制造业绿色产品评价系统软件,能够遵循合理的评价流程、评价体系和评价方法有效的实施绿色产品设计方案、竞争力及综合评价。系统具有一定的先进性、实用性和创新性,弥补了目前我国缺少制造业绿色产品评价系统软件的不足,具有一定的理论参考价值和推广意义。
The thesis is one of the most important content about the investigation and development on manufacturing industry green product evaluation system, which is supported by National Nature Science Foundation of China (NO.70472034).
     Manufacturing industry is the main industry of national economy, also is a kind of industry with high-material consumption, high-energy consumption and high pollution. The sustainable development of manufacturing industry has a quite important strategic position on the ecological protection. Establishing scientific and effective green product evaluation system facing on manufacturing industry is the important foundation and precondition of actualizing the green manufacture, developing the green product and optimizing the design plan. Presently, there are many investigations about green product evaluation, but they all can not roundly solve the problem of the evaluation about green product, especially the investigation work on the development of green product evaluation software is comparatively weak.
     Basing on the system investigation made by the subject group about the manufacturing industry green product evaluation system, this thesis emphatically investigates the overall design scheme of software development on manufacturing industry green product evaluation system, and has carried out the system development. This thesis including as follows: Firstly, it clarified the correlative concept of green product, Life Cycle Assessment for product etc. Put forward the concept of evaluation and evaluation system software of the manufacturing industry green product, which are blent product environment effect with economy and technology assessment. Secondly, by thoroughly summarizing and analyzing the development harvest achieved by the subject group, according to multi-life-cycle structure model of the green products in manufacturing, the thesis chose the logical index system and evaluation method, ultimately ascertained the development thought of system software. Finally, based on the demand analysis, especially studied the design on the system function module and the work flow as well as the database and knowledge base, the thesis put forward the thought of adopting VB.NET to develop evaluation system software based on B/S and C/S mixed modle. Moreover, it analyzed the design scheme evaluation module of software about green product combining with washing machine product and validated the systematic feasibility.
     The evaluation system software of manufacturing industry green product is based on the network. It can realize the design scheme evaluation, competitive evaluation and comprehensive evaluation which all complied with reasonable evaluation flow and evaluation system as well as evaluation method.The system possesses the character of advance, practicality and innovation. It makes up the lack of the evaluation system software about manufacturing industry green product. Furthermore it possesses definite reference value of theory and popularization meaning.
