铸造ERP智能化物料需求计划的研究与开发

摘要
企业资源计划的出现,给传统铸造业的企业管理带来了新的生机。铸造企业管理信息系统是计算机技术在铸造行业应用的一个重要方面。随着市场竞争的日益激烈和技术的进步,铸造企业管理技术也在不断地发展,传统的ERP软件将其主要精力集中于各模块的设计,当各个模块都越来越趋向于成熟,将各个模块中数据的集成和分析无疑是一个必然的趋势。而把各模块集成的前提,就是要拥有一个准确的物料需求计划系统。正是基于这个原因,本课题研究开发了智能化铸造ERP的物料需求计划系统。
     本文首先阐述了企业信息化和ERP的概念,分析了国内外铸造企业ERP的研究现状,指出了传统ERP的一些不足之处,并在此基础上提出了为系统开发智能化物料需求计划的解决方案。
     通过对企业的调研,详细研究了中小型铸造企业的生产特点和业务流程,制作了详细的业务流程图和数据流程图。对和物料需求计划相关的经营管理,生产管理,仓库管理和财务管理等几项业务进行详细的分析。在此基础上设计了物料需求计划的逻辑流程。
     文中重点介绍了物料需求计划系统的设计和实现。结合实际情况,选取PowerBuilder11.5和MS SQL server2000为开发平台,结合铸造企业的实际业务流程和生产情况对整个系统进行设计实现,包括物料清单的设计实现,数据库的设计实现,功能模块的设计实现,系统的算法设计实现和系统的界面设计实现。
     最后,本文以智能化华铸ERP在宣城新瑞公司的实施应用为例,介绍了物料需求计划系统在企业中的实际使用情况。
The emergence of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) brings a totally new life for the management of the traditional casting companies. Foundry management information system is one of the most important applications of computer in foundry field. With the fierce competition in market and development of technology, the management technology for casting companies is developing all the way. The traditional ERP software has mainly focused on the design of the module, but when each module became more and more mature. It is an inevitable trend to analyze the integrated data of each module. However, before the integration, an accurate MRP system is needed. And just for this reason, this research studied and developed a MRP system for the smart casting ERP.
     In this paper, the concept of management and ERP was described firstly. Meanwhile the actualities of the ERP research in foundry at home and abroad are analyzed. The traditional ERP gaps had been pointed out. According to the present situation, this paper carried out the MRP system development solutions.
     Through the research of enterprises, the paper made a detailed demonstration about the business processes of small casting enterprises. Combining with the business flow diagrams and data flow diagrams, this paper gives a detailed analyze on the production management, warehouse management, financial management, and other businesses relating with the MRP system. Then we made an analysis of the logic flow of material requirements planning process.
     In this paper, the design and implementation of the MRP system is detailed introduced. According to the present situation, the research chooses PowerBuilder11.5 and MS SQLserver2000 as the developing tools. By relating to the real business flow and production conditions, the whole system is designed and realized, including the design of BOM, enterprise database, function modules, and implementation of the system algorithm and interface.
     At last, with the application of this smart casting ERP in the Xuancheng Xinrui company, the actual usage situation of the MRP system is introduced.
