汽配行业第三方物流平台研究与开发

摘要
现代物流要求在准确的时间、准确的地点以准确的价格将物资交付给顾客,需要整个供应链的精确管理和控制。作为物流环节最为复杂的汽配行业,传统的汽配物流模式亦对整个供应链管理有着明显的制约。本文在深入分析汽配行业物流需求和供应链管理现有问题的基础上,提出了一种第三方物流软件平台方案解决这些问题,以优化其复杂的供应链管理体系。
     本文结合汽配行业物流信息化管理现状以及相关Web框架的研究,提出了一种第三方物流软件平台的系统结构和功能模块框架设计,以此为基础给出系统和主要功能模块详细设计。所提出的第三方物流软件平台遵循基于Hub模式的企业集成方案,采用了一种基于Web并集成第三方数据交换、库存信息共享、分布式数据库、多客户端的体系架构并支持多种电子商务标准,能够与采用该标准的其他电子供应链或系统进行对等通信。系统的测试分析结果表明,该软件在功能和性能两个方面均已达到设计要求。
     本文提出的第三方物流软件平台的实施与应用,不仅能够有效地提高汽配企业信息化程度,而且能够通过管理信息系统和调度系统的交互,实时地获取相关库存信息,大大降低物流和生产成本。
Modern logistics requires delivering the goods to customers with accurate time, accurate location and accurate price, which needs the precise management and control of the whole supply chains. As one of the most complex logistics systems, the supply chain management in automobile industry has obvious constraints with the traditional logistics model. Based on in-depth analysis of automobile industry logistics needs and existing problems of supply chain management, this thesis proposes a third-party logistics software platform to optimize the management of complex supply chain.
     Based on the state-of-art analysis of logistics management system in automobile and web-based application frameworks, this thesis presents system architecture as well as related functionality blocks of third party logistics software platform, and the detailed specification of primary system blocks. The design of the proposed third party logistics platform software follows the Hub model of Enterprise Integration Solutions. Furthermore, this software is specified based on a Web-based architecture with third-party data exchange, information sharing, distributed database and multiple concurrent clients. It also supports primary e-commercial standards, which allows it capable of interacting with any other systems based on these standards. The system test results show that this software has met the design requirements in terms of both the functionalities and performance.
     The third party logistics software platform presented in this thesis can be applied to effectively improve the information management of industry users. In detail, it is capable of reducing the overheads of logistics and production process through the timely interaction between the management information system and operation scheduling system and consequently the retrieval of storage.
