农村信用社信贷管理信息系统的构建

摘要
多数商业银行现行信贷系统将业务和流程控制紧密耦合,没有进行很好的分层隔离,在需要对业务流程进行调整的时候就会对程序代码硬性改动,影响系统的稳定性。由于二者的紧密结合,导致整个应用系统无法实施,阻碍了业务发展。各地区之间的系统差异,使得相互之间的业务交互处理不容易兼容。系统不灵活,对一些复杂流程的处理也存在一定的困难。
本论文分析农信贷目前存在的问题以及今后改进发展的看法和措施,有针对性地提出在其中运用信息管理系统的必要性。在信息管理系统的原理、技术方法和工具的过程中,阐述了他们在农信贷管理中的作用和意义。接着详细介绍了信息管理系统在农信贷过程中的具体运用的方法和措施。重点阐述了信贷业务管理和客户管理在农信贷防风险机制的管理中的作用和具体实现方法。
Most of the existing commercial banks, credit systems and process control operations will be closely coupled, there is no good for the hierarchical segregation in business processes need to be adjusted would be the time for rigid code changes affect the stability of the system. Due to the close connection between the two, the whole system can not be implemented, hindered the development of the business. The difference between the system and make each other's business is not easy to deal with cross-compatible. Inflexible system, a number of complex processes have to deal with some difficulties. In this paper, the existing problems in rural credit process are analyzed, as well as, the improving views and measures in the future are revealed. Based on these, the necessity of using management information system is put forward. After the presentation of the principles, techniques and tools of management information system, the role and significance are set out in the rural credit management system. Then, the detailed methods and measures are introduced to how to set up the Rural Credit Management Information System. finally, the development methods of the credit management and customer information management and the role in the prevention of rural credit risk management mechanism are showed.
