西方政治文化传统有益价值的现代借鉴
摘要
中国在走向政治现代化的进程中,遇到西方政治文化的冲击和挑战,深入认识西方政治文化传统,了解本国政治文化与西方政治文化的异同以及相互的可融性和排斥性因素,是我国政治现代化成功的前提之一。本文试图从我国国情出发,遵照唯物主义原则,以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观为指导,以中国特色社会主义政治文明建设为视角,综合考量西方政治文化传统的历史和现状,在概括研究西方政治文化传统的基础上发掘其有益价值和成功经验,结合我国国情有选择的加以借鉴。
本文主体部分由三个部分构成:
第一部分,对政治文化及西方政治文化传统进行概述,主要介绍政治文化的内涵、特性、功能以及西方政治文化发展沿革的脉络。这一部分从理论上对政治文化进行阐述,对西方政治文化传统产生的自然地理条件、经济基础和政治基础进行简要论述,对于选择性的借鉴西方政治文化起着方法论的作用。
第二部分,对西方政治文化传统的内容进行概括性介绍。在政治思维取向、政治体制构思路径、政治权力认知重心、治国基本方略、个人与国家关系观、公众政治角色定位这几个方面对西方政治文化传统的内容进行研究,以便对其产生全面系统的认识,为下文借鉴西方政治文化传统提供先行的理论研究。
第三部分,分别从上述六个方面对西方政治文化传统的有益部分进行评述,试分析其对我国社会主义政治文明建设的借鉴意义。
In China, the political modernization process in the west of political culture shock and challenges, understanding western political culture tradition, understand their political culture and western political culture differences and can melt and rejection factors in China, is the premise of political modernization success. This article attempts from China's reality, follow materialism with marxism-leninism, MAO zedong thought, deng xiaoping theory and the important thought of "three represents" and the guidance of scientific development concept, with Chinese characteristic socialism political civilization construction, comprehensive considerations for western political culture, history and current situation of the traditional political culture in west summarized research on the basis of traditional excavated its beneficial value and the successful experience, with China's national conditions have choice of use.
This section consists of three main parts:
The first part of political culture, political culture and western traditions are summarized, and mainly introduces the connotation, the characteristics of political culture, political culture and western function in the context of history. This part of political culture from the theory of western political, cultural tradition of natural and geographical conditions, the economic and political foundation based on briefly discussed, for western political culture of selective plays a role of methodology.
The second part of the western political culture tradition, the content of general introduction. In the political thought orientation, political system, political power design center, the basic cognition strategy, personal and national relations, public political role positioning the aspects of western cultural tradition, the content of study, so that the overall system for below the western cultural tradition, provide the theoretical research advance.
The third part, from each of the six aspects of western cultural tradition of the review, analyse it for our socialist political civilization construction significance.
