二次纤维新闻纸色彩复制再现研究

摘要
本课题研究的是一种新型的新闻纸张材料——二次纤维新闻纸。二次纤维新闻纸的表面除有少量未除尽的油墨粒子、填料之外,还有细小纤维等。这种特殊的表面特性在印刷时,色差不容易控制,阶调和色彩的正确再现很难保证。对于常用的纸张——铜版纸和双胶版纸而言,经过多年的印刷和经验的积累,可以说已经形成了一套成熟的印刷工艺,对于新兴的二次纤维新闻纸而言,还刚刚起步。各种数据化的管理以及印刷品质量的控制还在摸索阶段。目前的一些印刷厂依据以往印刷其它纸张的经验,通过不断的打样,在摸索中实现最好。这种做法太盲目,而且大大增加了成本,浪费了时间。为了解决这些问题,本课题将从以下几个方面进行研究:
     (1)对二次纤维新闻纸的表面特性进行详细的研究。以胶版纸为对比对象,通过实验的方法来测定二次纤维新闻纸的光泽度、平滑度、印刷渗透性、油墨的吸收性和纸面效率。分析二次纤维新闻纸与常用印刷用纸表面特性的不同。
     (2)在实验中以胶版纸为对比对象,通过作出二次纤维新闻纸的阶调再现曲线,分析网点扩大情况,来研究二次纤维新闻纸对印品阶调再现产生的影响。
     (3)通过大量的实验研究二次纤维新闻纸对黄、品、青三原色油墨色彩再现的影响。同时与胶版纸进行对比。在实验中将测试各色油墨在二次纤维新闻纸上的色偏、灰度和呈色效率,作出圆形色域图。分析二次纤维新闻纸的表面特性对色彩再现的影响。
     (4)为了确保印品阶调和色彩再现的合理性,通过实验作出印刷反差和色彩反差曲线,得到二次纤维新闻纸的最佳实地密度的范围所在。
     (5)为使研究成果更加实用,为企业生产提供工具支持,在VC及Matlab平台上开发了纸张色彩复制再现研究辅助软件。
     通过本课题的研究,可以帮助印刷企业在印刷打样时针对这种纸张的性能,进行分色,灰平衡的控制,确定印刷参数,形成规范化数据化的质量管理,而且可以避免盲目的重复打样,节约时间,降低成本,提高印品质量。
This topic research is one kind of new news paper material --second textile fibers newsprinting paper. Second textile fibers newsprinting paper surface except has outside the printing ink granule, the padding which few has not cleaned out, but also has the tiny textile fiber and so on. Because of this special surface property, when Second textile fibers newsprinting paper is printed, color difference, tone and color can not be easily controlled. With the accumulation of printing experiences, there have been formed well rounded printing technics about the common cigarette-case of newspaper--Elegant flint paper and Double offset paper, but to the new Second textile fibers newsprinting paper, many things only have a start, digital management and printing quality controlling are in the feeling around. Such way is too blind, which increased cost and waste time. In order to solve these problems, we will study from these aspects:
     (1) The surface properties of Second textile fibers newsprinting paper have been detailedly studied by contrasting Second textile fibers newsprinting paper with art paper and gold and silver foil paper and test the glossiness, smoothness, penetrability, absorbency of ink and paper surface efficiency of Second textile fibers newsprinting paper, meanwhile the difference of surface properties between Second textile fibers newsprinting paper and the common paper hase been detailedly analyzed.
     (2) In the experiments, the tone rendering curve of second textile fibers newsprinting paper has been drawn by contrasting with art paper and analyze dot enlargement in order to study the affection to tone rendering of Second textile fibers newsprinting paper.
     (3) the affection to color rendering of trichromatic of Second textile fibers newsprinting paper has been studied through many experiments and by contrasting Second textile fibers newsprinting paper with art paper gold and silver foil paper. In the experiments, color cost, gray value, and color efficiency of every kind of ink have been tested. According to the result, the round range picture has been drawn to analyze affection to color rendering of surface properties of Second textile fibers newsprinting paper.
     (4) In order to assure rationality of tone and color rendering of printed matter, the printing contrast and color contrast curve have been drawn through the experiments, meanwhile the two contrast by mathematical have benn analyzed to get the optimal solid density of Second textile fibers newsprinting paper.
     (5) To make research achievements more useful and provide tools to the production of enterprises, a software about color rendering investigation of paper is empoldered in VC and Matlab platform.
     Through the study of this paper, we can help printing corporation to control color separation and gray balance in order to make sure printing parameter and form regular and digital quality management, which can avoid repeated proofing、save time and improve the quality of printing。
