佛山东货场向物流中心转型研究

摘要
随着近几年珠三角经济的飞速增长和经济体制改革的不断深化,珠三角物流产业出现了加速发展的趋势,而作为地区大型铁路货场--佛山东货场已不能满足现代物流发展的需要,且滞后于整体经济的发展。因此,佛山东货场必须拓展铁路货场职能,依托货场的自身优势向现代物流中心转型,这无疑对佛山东货场的运作机制提出了更高的要求。面对机遇和挑战,东货场如何加快向现代物流中心转型的步伐,如何从战略的角度重新组合架构,融入整体供应链系统则是本文探讨的核心课题。
     本文在探讨东货场向物流中心转型的过程中,首先分析了当前国内外中心的理论及发展趋势,阐述了供应链体系下现代物流中心的发展模式;其次分析当前国内传统铁路货场与现代物流中心的联系和区别,讨论了建立铁路物流中心的规模和运作模式;然后简要分析东货场的运作现状,阐述其向现代物流中心转型的必要性和可行性;在对东货场转型进行SWOT分析的基础上,明晰了东货场发展的战略定位;进而依据供应链体系下现代物流中心理论,重点提出和说明了现代物流中心要求下的东货场组织架构以及东货场将来的主体功能。以此为指导,确立了东货场向物流中心转型中应采取的相关对策:观念和管理创新,特色发展,建立供应链联盟,完善信息平台建设等。本论文可以为东货场的转型发展提供指导,并为铁路货场的改革提供参考。
Along with the rapid economic growth and the continuous deepening economic reform of Pearl River Delta in recent years, the logistics industry is in the trend of accelerated development, and as a regional large-scale railway freight yard– Foshan East Railway Yard has been unable to meet the needs of the development of modern logistics, and lag behind the overall economic development. Therefore, Foshan East Railway Yard has to be expand functions and in transition to a modern logistics centre, relying its own advantages. This is undoubtedly brings Foshan East Railway Yard a higher and more gifted requirements for the current mechanism operation. Facing with opportunities and challenges, how to speed up the pace of transformation from railway yard to the modern logistics centre, how to regroup structure and build the overall supply chain system on a strategic point of view, are the core topics of this thesis.
     The thesis focuses on the process of restructuring from the freight yard to logistics centre. Firstly, it expounds current domestic and international theories on the supply chain system and analyses the development trends and model of modern logistics center. Secondly, followed by an analysis of linkages and distinction of the current domestic conventional rail freight yard and modern logistics centre, it discusses modern logistics centre‘s size and operation mode on the basis of the heritage railway logistics centre. After the introduction of operation of the status quo, it states the necessity and feasibility of transformation to a modern logistics center. Thirdly, it clarifies the strategic development positioning of the freight yard in the use SWOT analysis and focuses on the organizational structure and future main functions based on supply chain system theory . Then, using it as guidance, the thesis points out that relevant measures should be taken in the transformation to a logistics center, that is establishing supply chain, improving information platform, developing concepts and management innovation and its own characteristics. The thesis provides a guide to the restructuring development of Foshan East Railway Yard and the reform of other railway yards.
