中小股份制商业银行创新研究

摘要
为应对日益激烈的市场竞争和经济全球化的挑战,我国中小股份制商业银行急需通过进一步加快创新来提升经营和管理水平,建立相对独特的竞争优势。而国内关于银行的金融创新,可给人们参考的理论尚不成体系,需要进行梳理,而创新的实践经验也需要总结,以指导我们有意识地、可控地进行创新活动。
     本文的研究思路是:首先,通过引论提出了我国中小股份制商业银行创新的必要性;然后,归纳和总结了银行的金融创新理论;之后,对中小股份制商业的发展现状进行了分析,并通过实际案例介绍了国内中小股份制商业的创新历程及现状;同时,鉴于创新管理本身的目的并不在于理论的逻辑正确性,而在于实践的有效性,因此本文的重点是结合中小股份制商业银行的实际,从管理创新、产品和服务创新、以及技术创新方面对创新路径进行了探讨,并讨论了创新管理、创新风险控制及创新与监管等相关问题。最后,针对XX行的实际情况,提出一些可操作性的创新管理思路和创新路径建议。在研究方法上,主要采用理论归纳与案例分析相结合、定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,进行综合分析得出论文结论。同时,在分析中小股份制商业银行的经营环境时,使用了SWOT分析法、在分析银行创新与政府监管上,使用了博弈分析等。
     通过分析与研究,本文得到的研究结论是:我国中小股份制商业银行必须高度重视金融创新,要系统性地建立涵盖创新机制、组织和流程的体系;产品和服务创新上,应以客户和市场为导向进行创新,重视中间业务和零售业务,以及信用卡、私人银行、投资银行、衍生金融等新业务的创新;应平稳推进管理创新,形成正确的发展理念,逐步向扁平化、矩阵式的管理架构过渡;应注重通过技术创新来提升管理水平和市场竞争力;在创新中,还应强化创新风险管理,注意创新保护和品牌建设。
With the challenge of intense market competition and economical globalization, the mid-small joint-stock commercial banks urgently need to speed up the innovation to promote the management and the management level and establish the relatively competitive advantage. But domestic theories about the bank financial innovation don’t form a system, we need to card them and summarize the experiences about innovation, which can instruct us to carry on innovation consciously and controllably.
     In this paper the thoughts are as following: First, I discuss the necessity in the introduction why the mid-small joint-stocks need innovation; Then, I analyze and summarize theories about bank financial innovation; Afterwards, by analyzing the present situation of mid-small joint-stock banks development and some domestic cases, the paper introduces domestic mid-small joint-stock banks’innovation course and the present situation; At the same time, in view of the fact that innovation doesn’t lie on theory’s logical accuracy, the practice validity, therefore the key point in the paper combining mid-small joint-stock commercial bank's reality is to discuss innovation management, innovation risk control and innovation and supervision by studying the management innovation, the product and the service innovation, as well as the technological innovation; finally, according to the actual situations in XX bank, the paper proposes some feasible suggestions about innovation management thoughts and the innovation way. About the method, the paper combines the theory and the case, the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis to draw a conclusion, simultaneously, when analyzing mid-small joint-stock commercial bank's management environment, the paper uses the SWOT analytic method; when analyzing bank innovation and government supervision, the paper uses the Gamble.
     After analysing and researching,the paper draws a conclusion as followings:the domestic mid-small joint- stock commercial banks must highly emphasis on the financial innovation and establish a system which includes innovation mechanism, organization and procedure; the innovation about product and service should take customers and market as the guidance, and emphasis on intermediary business and the retail service, as well as credit card, private bank, investment bank, derivative finance and so on; must steadily innovate the management, form a correct theory, gradually transit to flatten and matrix form management construction;should pay attention to promote the management and the market competitive power by the technological innovation ; should strengthen the innovation risk management, pay attention to innovation protection and the brand construction..
