病理性瘢痕研究进展

摘要
各种创伤、烧伤的愈合最后多以病理性瘢痕的形成而告终。病理性瘢痕不仅使人体产生痒、痛等不适症状;当发生挛缩时,既造成畸形外观又影响正常功能,当形成溃疡时又可继发癌变,所以瘢痕的研究是当前整形美容界和基础医学界的热点和难点,而且每年相关研究及文献报道以50%的速度增长。
     本文不但总结了近十年来中西医研究及治疗病理性瘢痕的相关文献,而且总结了目前病理性瘢痕的中西医进展及成果,指出了目前研究存在的问题及今后的研究方向,肯定了中医药对治疗瘢痕良好的发展前景。第一部分主要阐述了中医药对病理性瘢痕的认识、临床研究及实验研究的进展。第二部分主要论述了现代医学对病理性瘢痕的发病机制方面的认识,第三部分概述了现代医学对病理性瘢痕治疗领域的研究成果。
Each kind of cictrization of trauma and burn finally ends up with thepathological scar. The pathological scar not only causes human body discomfortsuch as itch, pain and so on; but also results in the m alformed appearance andaffects the normal function when occurs contracture, and may induce cancerationwhen forms ulcer. Therefore the scar research is the hotspot and difficulty inthe territory of current cosmetology and the foundational medicine, and m oreover,the number of reports on the scar research and literature is growing by 50 percentevery year.
     This article summarized not only the literatures on the study and treatmentfor the pathological scar by both the traditional Chinese medicine and thewesterm medicine in the past 10 years, but also the current progress andachievement of the pathological scar research. It had also pointed out theproblems in the present researches and future research direction while affirmingthe considerable prospects f or the development of treating with the pathologicalscar by both the traditional Chinese medicine and the western medicine. The firstpart mainly elaborated the understanding to the modern medicine to thepathogenesis of pathological scar. The second part focused on the achievementsof the mordern medicine treatment for the pathological scar. And the third partelaborate the understanding of the pathological scar , the clinical researchand the experimental study progress by the traditional Chinese medicin e.
