医学图像处理软件的设计与实现

摘要
视觉信息是人们由客观世界获得信息的主要来源,占人们依靠感官从外界获得的信息总量的3/4以上;而带给我们视觉世界中的所有信息的正是图像。我们知道,图像所提供的直观作用,远不是语言和文字的描述所能达到的。
    图像科学具有涉及面广,内容丰富,跨行业,跨学科等特点。从它的研究方法来看,它与数学、物理学、生理学、心理学、电子学、计算机科学等许多学科可以相互的借鉴;从它的研究范围来看,它与人工智能、神经网络、遗传算法、模糊逻辑等理论技术都有密切的联系;它的发展应用与医学、遥感、通信、影视、文档处理和工业自动化等许多领域也是密不可分的。在科学史上,它代表了最活跃和最令人振奋的边缘学科之一。
    正是图像信息的直观性与重要性以及图像科学的以上特点,图像处理与分析技术目前已迅速渗透到人类生活和社会发展的各个方面,并广泛的应用于办公自动化、工业机器人、地理数据处理、地球资源、遥感、交互式计算机辅助设计以及医学数据处理等领域。图像处理与分析涉及到数学、计算机科学、模式识别、人工智能、信息论、生物医学等多种学科,是一门多学科交叉应用技术。
    本文从数字图像的基础知识出发,介绍了医学专用图像DICOM的特点;从数字图像处理的基本理论出发,设计并初步实现了一个医学专用图像DICOM的处理软件;之后对VRML医学三维模型动态切割的算法进行了研究和实现。
The visual information is the main information that the man gets from the world and it takes at least 75% of information that the man gets from the outside with sensor. It is just image that gives us the information of the visual world. As we know, intuitionistic effect the image brings to us is more than the language and words.
    Imaging science features wide research areas, interdisciplinary approach, and international orientation. In the view of its research methodology, imaging science, and mathematics, physics, physiology, psychology, electronics, as well as computer science benefit from each other. In the view of its research scope, imaging science is closely related to Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks, Genetic Algorithm, and Fuzzy Logic. In the view of its development and application, imaging science is closely related to various fields such as medical science, remote sensing, communications, movie & television, document engineering, and so on. In the history of science, it represents one of the most booming and exciting frontiers of science.
    Based on the said features of imaging science as well as the image ’s intuitional effect and importance, image processing and analysis (IPA) technologies have been fast and widely applied to a variety of fields related to human life and social development, such as office automation, industrial robot, geographical data processing, global resources, remote sensing, interactive computer-aided design, medical data processing, and so on. IPA concerns mathematics, computer science, mode recognition, artificial intelligence, information methodology, and biomedicine. It is an interdisciplinary applied science.
    This thesis introduces chrematistics of DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine) from basics of digital image. Also, based on the principles of digital image processing, a DICOM processing software is designed and primarily implemented. Then we have researched and realized the algorism to cut dynamicly the VRML 3D model.
