基于P2P构架的分布式协同设计系统研究

摘要
复杂产品的设计是一个运用多领域知识的成果。并且全球化的竞争也要求企业必须在“无法预测的持续、快速变化的竞争环境”中加快新产品开发的进度、缩短研发周期。所以在信息技术高度发展的今天,如何在计算机的辅助下,将多学科领域内的设计知识有效结合起来,以便能够以更短的时间向市场提供具有更高质量、更合理成本、更好服务和更环保的产品,从而保持并扩大竞争优势,是产品成功设计的关键所在。本文研究Internet环境下基于P2P技术的分布式协同设计系统,主要研究的内容及成果涉及以下几个方面:
     本文首先对分布式协同设计的内涵、工作模式和功能需求等进行了系统的分析和研究;并在此基础上提出基于P2P技术的协同设计系统的体系结构;最后对协同设计需要解决的一些关键技术进行了分析。
     体系结构是协同设计研究的重点。目前存在的分布式结构、Web结构虽然可以实现信息共享,但是还不能完全满足知识共享和智能化的要求。P2P架构符合智能设计、分布式设计的需要,但其构建方法、设计机制、表现形式和实现手段尚存不足。论文针对协同设计缺乏系统构建的理论指导和开放性、智能化程度不足等问题,提出一种基于P2P技术的协同设计系统开发方法和流程,建立开放式P2P智能协同设计框架。
     基于P2P技术的协同设计系统为多学科专家的协同工作提供了一个能够“虚拟同地”工作的共享设计环境。而基于资源调度的协同产品开发工作流技术是协同设计系统中的关键技术。本文分析了协同设计系统产品开发中的工作流管理系统需求和传统的工作流模型,提出一种协同开发环境中的完全分布式工作流管理系统体系结构。
     分布式协同设计过程建模与传统的设计过程建模相比,具有其独特性,但也有其复杂性,因此冲突是协同设计中不可避免的问题。本文从分布式协同设计过程建模问题出发,分析分布式协同设计过程建模的基本方法,针对分布式协同设计特点,运用Petri网对冲突过程进行建模,并建立了分布式协同设计系统中设计冲突的管理机制。
     复杂产品的协同设计过程从某一方面讲是多个主体对实体结构参数及其组合关系的配置和优化。论文针对分布式协同设计系统中的任务调度问题,利用满意优化和遗传算法的特点,提出基于满意优化结合遗传算法,面向分布式协同设计系统中的任务分配和优化算法,利用它对组合优化问题所具有的抵御“组合爆炸”的能力进行任务调度求解,最终得到最优或满意的任务调度序列。
     最后,通过实例验证了本文的主要研究成果。这些研究成果的实施可提高企业在复杂多变竞争环境中的竞争能力。
Due to its complexity, the modern product's design is a production for applying multiple disciplines intelligence. Global market competition requires enterprises speeding product development, and so shorting the lead-time in the unpredictable and rapidly changeable competition environment. With today's rapid development of information technology, the key unit for the success product design is how to effectively integrate the multiple disciplines knowledge under the assistant of computer technology, and then provide products with higher quality, much reasonable price, better sale service, and more environment protection in shorter time to market. Thus enterprise could enhance its key competitiveness. The collaborative supported methods and techniques base on P2P technology are studied in this thesis, the investigations mainly focus on the following aspects:
     Firstly, this thesis presents a comprehensive study on collaborative design in a distributed environment such as its connotation, working pattern, and functional requrements, and etc. On this foundation, thesis proposes collaborative design system architecture based on the P2P technology. Finally, thesis has carried on the analysis to the key technologies which the collaborative design system needs to solve.
     The architecture is key point of the collaborative design research. Although at present existing distributional structure and web structure may realize information sharing, but cannot completely satisfy knowledge sharing and intellectualized request. The P2P construction conforms to the needs of intelligent design and distributional and so on, but its construction method, design mechanism, manifestation and realization method still remaining insufficiency. Aimed at collaborative design lacks theory instruction of system construction, open, intelligence and so on, this thesis proposes method and flow of collaborative design system exploitation based on the P2P technology. At the same time thesis has established an open and intelligence collaborative design frame based on P2P.
     Collaborative design system based on the P2P technology provide sharing design environment where the multi-disciplinary expert's is able to "hypothesized same place" work. And the work flow technology is one key technology in collaborative design system. This thesis analyzed the demands of work flow management system and the traditional work flow model in product development of collaborative design system, and then proposed one kind of completely distributional work flow management system architecture based on coordination development environment.
     Comparing with the traditional model of design process, the model of distributional collaborative design process has its distinctive quality and complexity. Therefore conflict is inevitable question in collaborative design. Embarking from the process modelling question of distributional collaborative design, thesis analyzed the essential method of distributional collaborative design process modeling. And according distributional collaborative design's characteristics, carried on the modelling using the petri net for conflict process, and has established the design conflict management mechanism in the distributional collaborative design system.
     The complex product collaborative design process also is what multi agents deploy and optimize design entity's parameter and combination relations. In view of task scheduling question in distributional collaborative design system, this thesis proposes the satisfaction optimization union genetic algorithm based on the characteristics of satisfaction optimization and genetic algorithm to solve duty assignment question in distributional collaborative design system. Thesis use its ability of resistance"combination blast" in optimized question to carry on the task scheduling solution, and obtained the most superior or satisfaction task scheduling sequence.
     Finally, this thesis has confirmed the main research results through examples. The implementation of those research results may enhance the enterprise's competitive ability in complex and changeable competition environment.
