重庆渝中半岛山城步道人性化设计研究

摘要
山城步道作为重庆的特色步行空间,历来是人们主要的交通工具和公共交往的场所,但是随着城市的快速发展,其功能价值在不断的转化。针对目前重庆山城步道交通功能逐渐降低、空间活力逐渐衰退,并由此导致步道空间环境不断恶化和城市特色逐渐丧失的情况,重庆的城市管理部门已逐渐意识到山城步道的重要性,在城市建设中已开始重新审视山城步道的功能价值,在强调延续其交通功能,复兴公共交往功能的同时,还逐渐重视其观光游览功能,并建设了一系列的山城步道,在改善人们生活质量,展示山城风貌的同时,延续地域文化,但是建设的山城步道是否从人的角度考虑,能满足人的心理、行为需求还需要进一步研究,因此本文以环境心理学和环境行为学,以及外部空间设计等理论为指导,对目前重庆渝中半岛三种不同主导功能的山城步道进行人性化设计研究,指出其设计的成功与不足之处,并针对不足之处提出相应的对策,为今后类似山城步道的人性化设计提供参考。
     全文共分为5个章节:
     第一章为绪论,主要介绍研究的缘起、研究目的和意义,研究的范围和方法,并对山城步道和人性化设计的相关概念进行解释,在此基础上阐述山城步道人性化设计的相关研究和理论基础,其中重点指出山城步道人性化设计研究的基础和方法,最后提出研究的框架。
     第二章对重庆山城步道的空间环境进行解析,首先是对山城步道的空间生成环境进行分析,指出影响山城步道的空间环境的因素主要有自然地形地貌、历史文化、经济技术等三大因素;其次,对重庆山城步道的空间环境特征进行分析,主要包括山城步道的空间构成要素、空间形态、空间尺度、空间功能划分以及景观视线等五方面。
     第三章是对重庆山城步道使用者心理行为特征进行分析。首先阐述了山城步道中人的多种属性,主要包括性别、年龄、社会阶层等三大属性,并说明不同属性的人对空间的不同需求;其次,文章对山城步道中人的需求层次进行重点分析,指出山城步道中人的需求由低到高分别是:安全性、舒适性、便捷性、交往与多样性以及文化性;最后对山城步道中人的行为活动特征进行分析,主要包括活动类型、活动内容和特点以及行为活动习性等内容,为进一步研究不同类型山城步道的人性化设计对策提供依据。
     第四章是对重庆渝中半岛山城步道人性化设计进行分析研究。首先,文章对渝中半岛山城步道的改造背景和建设现状进行阐述;在此基础上,设置调研计划,调研计划主要包括典型案例的选择、调研方法、调研时间、调研问卷的设计,其中调研问卷的设计主要是根据山城步道中人的各种需求进行设置。最后对目前渝中半岛建兴坡、张家花园、石板坡古城墙三条山城步道从空间设计和使用者的行为活动进行分析,指出其成功与不足之处,并有针对性的提出详细的改进建议。
     第五章是结语,主要是对论文调研分析,以及提出的对策进行总结,并指出研究中存在的不足之处。
The mountain trail as Chongqing featured walking space, has always been one of the major modes of transport and public communication of places, but as the city's rapid growth as the conversion of value. Aimed at the Chongqing mountain trail traffic capabilities progressively lowering, space activity decline, and this led to the walkway space environment is deteriorating and urban features losing, Chongqing City authorities recognize the importance of mountain trail, in urban construction has begun to re-examine the value of the function of the mountain trail, emphasizing his traffic features, revival of public communication functionality at the same time, also began to pay attention to their tour features, and the construction of a series of mountain trail, in improving the quality of people's lives, while showcasing the mountain villages, continuation of regional culture, but whether the construction of the mountain trail from the human perspective, can satisfy the mental and behavioral requirements also need further research, so this article to environmental psychology and behavioral, environmental, and the external space design, theory, on the current Chongqing yuzhong peninsula three different dominant feature of the mountain trail to human-centered design research, pointed out that the success of its design and pitfalls, and inadequacies consequential measures, similar to mountain trails for the future of human-centered design.
     The article is divided into five sections:
     The first chapter is an introduction, a major study on the origin of the described purpose and significance, the scope of the study and the methods, and on the mountain trails and human design concepts are explained, on the basis of that explains the mountain trail humanized design of related research and theoretical basis, which highlighted the mountain trail, human-centered design research and methods, last of the frame.
     Chapter II on the mountain trails of the space environment can be resolved, first, on the mountain trails of the space generation environment analysis, noted mountain trails of the space environment factors mainly natural topography, history, economic and technical factors; three, the mountain trail in Chongqing space environment analysis, including the mountain trail, the elements of the space, space, space, space, divide and five landscape view.
     The third chapter is on the mountain trail, consumer behavioral analysis. First described in people of mountain trails for a variety of attributes, including gender, age, social class, three properties, and how different properties to the space requirements; Secondly, the article on mountain trails in the people's hierarchy of needs to focus on analysis, pointed out that the mountain trail in demand from low to high are: safety, comfort, convenience, communication and the diversity and culture; and finally on the mountain trail in human behavior characteristics for analysis, including activity type, activity, content and features, and activities such as content, as the habits of the further study of the different types of mountain trail of human design policy.
     Chapter IV is on the mountain city of Chongqing yuzhong peninsula trail humanized design for analysis and research. First of all, the article on the recent renovation of the peninsula Castle trail and construction in the background for the illustrations; on this basis, set up a research plan, the research plan includes case studies of selected, research methods, research time, research questionnaire design, survey questionnaire design which are mainly based on the mountain trail in people '. Finally, were added to the current yuzhong peninsula, the Chang family gardens, slate slope of the ancient city walls of three mountain trail from space design and consumer behavior activities, pointed out that its success and deficiencies, and targeted put forward detailed suggestions for improvement.
     Chapter V is the conclusion, mainly on the thesis research analysis, as well as the one we are now facing the summary, and pointed out that research.
