基于软交换的扩展业务的设计与实现

摘要
软交换作为下一代网络发展的重要技术,不但实现了传统电信网络与IP网络的融合,更重要的是实现了业务的融合,具有极大的优越性。
     本文在分析和研究软交换及其通信协议的基础上,设计并实现了基于软交换系统的WEB800业务,并结合软交换传输网络的QoS问题进行了研究。本文将整个WEB800系统按功能划分为SIP用户终端、代理服务器系统、呼叫中心和WEB800后台管理系统。SIP用户终端包含了SIP用户代理,其用于发起呼叫、建立连接,设计中调用了oSIP等协议栈;在代理服务器系统设计中则采用了TEKELECT6000软交换系统作为网络实体,它包含了注册服务器、代理服务器和重定向服务器,用于鉴权和路由转发,是软交换系统核心控制部分;呼叫中心用于为呼叫请求根据指定规则分配企业座席,设计中采用了TEKELEC T6000软交换系统提供的Informal Call Center功能模块;另外还设计了WEB800的后台管理系统用于实现黑白名单设置、用户信息管理等功能。本文中,基于区分服务(DiffServ)可伸缩性强、低消耗的特点,选取其为软交换传输网络的QoS策略机制,从而保证WEB800业务的服务质量。
     本文最后在软交换平台上进行了WEB800业务的功能及性能测试,测试结果充分体现了基于软交换的WEB800系统设计的正确性,且有较好的性能表现。
Softswitch Network, as the development of NGN (Next Generation Network), which is fully of advantags, does not only achieve the goal of connection between telecommunication network and IP network, but what is more important is the integration of business.
     Through analysis and research of the Softswitch platform which stages 800 business and its communication protocol and researching the QoS problem of the Softswitch transmission network, The project designed and implemented the WEB800 business based on Softswitch Network with the traditional calling procedure of 800 business. The whole WEB800 network system is divided by its function into User Terminal, Proxy Server System and Call Center. User Terminal comprising SIP User Agent play a key role in this project with its function as initiating calling and building connection, its code based on oSIP and other protocol stacks. Proxy Server system adopts TEKELEC T6000 Softswitch System as its network entity which includes Registrar Servers, Proxy Servers and Redirected Servers to be used in authentication and routing transmission, serving as the crucial control unit of the system. Call Center is used to allocate agent for the call request followed by the specified rules, Informal Call Center provided by the TEKELEC T6000 Softswitch system serves as the function module. In addition, the WEB800 Background Management System is working to achieve the tasks of the setting of black and white list and modifying the customer information, etc. In this thesis, in order to guarantee the QoS of the WEB800 business, DiffServ is applied to the core network since its characteristics of flexibility and low cost.
     At last, the function testing and qualification testing were carried out for the WEB800 business. The testing results fully manifested accuracy of the system and performed fairly well.
