双螺杆挤出可视化实验研究与非充满固体输送及熔融理论研究

摘要
可视化技术是当今人们用于揭示尚未涉及或未能深人探索的工程技术复杂问题的有效手段。其作用在整个自然科学研究领域内正在日益受到更多的重视,而在聚合物加工原理研究中也显现出广阔的应用前景。
     双螺杆挤出机自1935年问世以来,经过半个多世纪的不断改进和完善,得到了长足的发展,如今在聚合物加工业和其它工业(如食品工业)中得到较广泛的应用。同向双螺杆挤出机作为一种高效的连续混合机越来越受到人们更多的重视,在聚合物材料的共混、填充和增强改性及塑料合金化方面已成为一种最为有效的装备。
     在分析比较了当今国际上在双螺杆挤出可视化技术应用方面状况的基础上,本文针对双螺杆挤出理论研究尚存在的不足,提出了一个更加完善的双螺杆挤出可视化技术应用方案,并付诸了实施。
     通过用多种通用塑料及工程塑料所作的同向旋转双螺杆挤出可视化的实验研究,建立了讫今人们尚未能深人揭示和探索的非充满固体输送及非充满熔融的理论模型,并综合运用数值计算方法进行了计算机模拟求解。对非充满的固体输送及熔融机理进行了较深入的探讨,最后作了实验和应用的验证。
     论文工作主要获得如下成果:
     1.成功地研制出了由计算机控制、并且有数据采集系统和摄录像系统的三方位可视的全程透明视窗双螺杆挤出机,该机具有较先进的机械性能和较完备的科学测试功能,可完全实现在工业生产条件下的双螺杆挤出全过程的可视化观察。从而结束了以往不能在工业生产条件下实施对聚合物材料在双螺杆挤出中全部变化过程的动态观察分析的历史。这一成果使我国在将可视化技术应用于聚合物双螺杆挤出理论研究方面跻身于世界的前列。
     2.以可视化的实验观察表明:在同向双螺杆挤出中的固体输送及物料熔融过程与单螺杆挤出中的行为截然不同。本文指出了其最显著的区别在於物料在同向
The visual technique is an useful tool for revealing unsolved complicated problems of science and technology. Nowadays, and more attentions to visual technique are paid in natural science. And it has shown a wide use in study of polymer processing principles.
    Since 1935, the invention of twin screw extruder has got a great progress. The machines so far have been widely used in polymer industry and other industries such as food industry. As an efficient mixer, the co-rotating intermeshing twin-screw extruder has become the most important equipment to produce polymer blend and polymer reinforced materials.
    Based on the state of using visual technique in twin screw extrusion in the world, a more perfect method is put forward,and it has been carried out in our research work. That is, a twin screw extruder, with visual successirve transparent glass windows in three sections, was designed and manufactured successfully. The special machine, having advanced mechanical properties and equiped excellent scientific testing facilities, can be used to observe the whole process of twin screw extrusion under the industrial operating conditions.
