企业网络资源协调研究

摘要
伴随着经济全球化和网络化的迅猛发展,企业的生存环境和生存方式发生了巨大的变化,企业系统边界不断扩大。作为介于市场和企业之间的一种中间性组织形式,企业网络在世界各地的迅速发展。本文主要基于复杂适应系统(Complex Adaptive System,CAS)理论、社会网络理论(social network theory,SNT)等,并把多种理论成果相互融合,运用文献研究、案例分析、问卷调查等研究方法,采用网络层次分析等工具,系统梳理了企业网络及其资源的组成要素,深入分析了企业网络资源协调的影响要素,构建了其协调过程模型,提出了企业网络资源协调成熟度模型。全文共分四部分。
     第一部分,包括论文的第1章和第2章,主要介绍了本文的理论基础、文献综述以及研究问题的提出等。首先,对论文的研究背景和当前企业网络的复杂适应性、与环境的互动和资源协调等亟需解决的问题进行了阐述;其次,回顾了企业网络及其资源协调等的相关研究成果,系统梳理了两个主要理论基础——复杂适应系统理论和社会网络理论;然后对研究现状进行了述评,明确了本文对企业网络资源协调研究的重点。
     第二部分,包括论文的第3章,主要内容是对企业网络资源协调中涉及的基本概念和基本问题的界定。首先分析了企业网络的概念及其构成;融合CAS理论、资源基础理论中关于资源的概念,重新界定了企业网络资源及其协调的概念和内涵;在社会网络理论的研究视角下对企业网络的构成进行了系统分析;同时分析了企业网络的复杂适应特性及其行为模型。
     第三部分,包括论文的第4章、第5章和第6章,是本文核心的部分,首先阐述了企业网络资源协调的概念及内涵,通过实证得到了企业网络资源协调的影响要素:网络稳定性、网络位置、成员间的信任、信息交流、协调成本、文化兼容性和环境的不确定性。构建了企业网络资源协调过程模型,主要包括:机遇发现过程、沟通过程、对策协商过程和网络学习过程。改进了以企业网络资源获取为目标、多议题协商的数学模型体系,得到了相应结论:在企业网络中,主动溢出部分资源能够促进企业网络行为主体之间的合作,减少资源溢出负效应带来的矛盾,从而使企业网络中的行为主体以及整个企业网络的竞争力增强。本部分最后创新性的构建了基于四个维度——协调成本、信息交流、资源共享程度和企业文化兼容度的企业网络资源协调成熟度模型,提出了协调成熟度的四个等级:初始级、聚合级、规范级和优化级,并选择模糊综合评判法和ANP方法作为其定量研究的主要方法。
     第四部分,包括论文的第7章,是对全文的总结和后续研究工作的展望。
With the rapid development of networking and economic globalization, great changes have taken place in environment and existence manner of enterprise, the system boundary of an enterprise expands constantly. As a kind of intermediate organization different from market mechanism and enterprise structure, enterprise network grows rapidly worldwide. The dissertation is mainly based on complex adaptive system (CAS) theory and social network theory (SNT) and integrates various theory achievements. And using multiple methods and tools, which includes literature review, case study, survey and network hierarchy analysis, the dissertation explores the enterprise network and its resource component elements. Furthermore, the dissertation analyzes the influencing factors of enterprise network resource coordination, presents its coordination process model and puts forward the coordination maturity model. The main conclusions are as following:
     The first part covers chapter 1 and 2. It mainly introduces the theoretical basis, reviews the literature and put forward the research issue. Firstly, it studies the research background and urgent issues of enterprise network, such as complex adaptation, interaction with environment and resource corrdination. Secondly, it reviews the research archivements of enterprise network and its resource corrdination and presents two main theoretical basis - CAS theory and social network theory. Then, it summarizes the research trends and defines the research emphasis of enterprise network coordination in this dissertation.
     The second part covers chapter 3. It mainly concerns the definition of basic concepts and problems involving the enterprise network resource coordination. Firstly, it analyzes the enterprise network and its composements. By combining the resource concepts in CAS theory and resource-based theory, the concept and connotation of enterprise network resource and its coordination are redefined. In the view of social network theory, it explores the components of enterprise network. Meanwhile, complex adapatation and behavior modle of enterprise network are present as well.
     The third part covers chapter 4, 5 and 6. It’s the core part of this dissertation. First, it studies the concept and connotation about coordination of enterprise network resources. And it has explored the influencing factors by questionnaire and cases analysis which include network stability, network location, trusts among members, exchange of Information, coordination costs, cultural compatibility and environmental uncertainty. Second, it builds coordination process model including opportunity discovery process, communicate process, countermeasures consultation process and network learning process of enterprise network resources. Third, it studies the corresponding conclusions through improves the mathematics model system of countermeasures consultation process, which is that initiative overflow part of the resources promotes the cooperation between agents in the enterprise network, and in corresponding Improves the competitiveness of enterprises. Finally, it builts innovative the coordination maturity model based on four dimensionalities and levels. And the main quantitative study methods are fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and ANP.
     The fourth part covers chapter 7. It deals with the overall dissertation and the follow-up research work prospects.
